The worst adverts from the most annoying local radio stations, "dj" dinosaurs that turn up to drop a Now 80s cd and do a quiz then collect a million quid.

If you think remembering Africa by Toto and reading out a few holiday shout outs is worth listening to 7-8 ads each 30 seconds (3 to 4 minute breaks) is worth that then you are a bigger fool than I.

That's after the news,weather and traffic (if I wanted politics I would have listened to the BBC). Then there's the unnecessary Dawn French voice overs and the insulting, arrogant tone of the ads with yawning sound effects to boot. Real bottom of the barrel local radio stuff.

Take the very worst of heart FM and radio 2 and bake 350 farenheit for an hour and you get whatever this is.

No thanks I'd prefer the dial to be stuck on heart to this. Not even Ken Bruce and the other greedy blighters poached from the BBC can save this the UKTV gold of radio.

Greatest hits is just awful,how can you turn a good radio station like wave 105 into greatest hits , very bad business move.
All the listeners will now be listening to nation radio south with all the wave 105 presenters.

This has to be the worst radio station to grace the airwaves .Wave was amazing, you just could not wait to turn your radio on and listen to the great music and banter from the presenters and helpers. You could not done a better job of destroying what was the best station on air . I pray this station shuts down .

BREAKFAST WITH ELLIOT AND MATILDA IS REALLY GOOD, BUT AFTER THEN THE TRASH DJs , NO LOCAL NEWS, WHATS GOING ON LIKE IN THE PAST. SIGNAL WAS A GOOD COMMUNITY RADIO STATION.

Well where do I start , why did a fantastic radio station CFM have to go ,had the best presenters all local information, miss CFMs morning presenter Robbie Dee he was brilliant he shouldn’t have been replaced , the new presenters are dull and awful Ken Bruce and the guy before him , so boring 😴. Bring Robbie Dee back in the mornings bring back CFM why change something that didn’t need to be changed . Now we’ve got GHRadio the music is ok but constantly plays the same songs every day, but the presenters are awful with 3 exceptions . Robbie Dee , Martin kemp , Andy crane I like them
. Give us all back our local radio stations with local information because this new station gives no local information poor presenters please and thankyou .

I was dreading the change over and I was right! I've been an avid listener of Wave at home and in the car for many years. So miss the stories and banter between Rick and Kate Weston (and her traffic reports), Steve Power plus Saturday night's house party and Sunday night's teenage kicks! Tried GHR but it's not a hit with me, it's so boring. I know people don't like change but only when for the better. I'm sick of the same old commercial pop music they play and much preferred to hear some new songs I wouldn't normally listen to. It's sad being end of an era, I've sadly left also 😪

What a huge disappointment Greatest hits Radio is providing to be! The style and presentation is more aligned with radio back in the day when Jimmy Young was on the airways, bring back Wave and Steve Power I say!

GHR replacing Wave105 is like being on a narrow gauge railway in a railway siding.
No stops, no passengers, no views.
Same old boring music being churned out hour after hour.
Oh, where can I go for a decent bit of company during the day?

Boring and very dull choice of music since Hits took over from PirateFm. Such a shame as it was one of the best with great presenters☹️

I used to love Wave 105 and listened to it every day on my commute. Greatesthitsradio is nowhere near as good dull, bland, boring and a dated style that seems to assume all their listeners have one brain cell between them. I am clearly not their target audience so will be looking for something else to listen to that is actually entertaining and engaging. Big Fail.

I hate this station. Boring old music. Yes I like greatest hits but I want current music too and not old boring dinosaur DJ’s. Bring back Wave 105. Bring back all the presenters.

Souless radio station with no personality. Would rather drive in silence. So much better when it was Pirate FM

The new hits radio Cornwall is awful, why does a lovely Cornish radio station have to go? The presenters were so nice, I’m afraid I’m switching channel, it’s like listening to the radio 30 years ago, pirate fm was the best, such a shame 😔

We had a great radio station until it was taken over by greatest hits and now it is just talking and adverts in my mind rubbish

Have changed to a different station

Did not enjoy Greatesthitsradio that took over from Wave 105, and have now changed to another station. even the DJ’s that they kept on had lost their sparkle and appear to be ‘towing the corporate line’. Miss the old team and the banter. Seemed to have lost its local ness. wave 105 was unique and is a sad loss to the area.

Bring back Wave 105 and all it's presenters, including those who did weather and news. Greatest Hits is awful. Music on Wave was so varied and suited all age groups. I'm in my 60s and have friends who are in their 70s and we all enjoy new music. It's like living in the past now, which is not good for anyone. I'll stick with Rick but will be trying to find an alternative for the late afternoon and weekends.

Today 17.30 with Simon Mayo I thought he was talking to a colleague asking where he was & he replied at "Wickes Kitchens" & then proceeded to have a conversation constantly mentioning Wickes.

Eventually became Obvious it was an advertising feature but out of order & not a listener who wants to be scammed.

These strokes are not acceptable & the up until now growing market share can soon reverse.
