Today 17.30 with Simon Mayo I thought he was talking to a colleague asking where he was & he replied at "Wickes Kitchens" & then proceeded to have a conversation constantly mentioning Wickes.

Eventually became Obvious it was an advertising feature but out of order & not a listener who wants to be scammed.

These strokes are not acceptable & the up until now growing market share can soon reverse.

Sorry, it’s just not working for me, the presenters don’t feel like they are with me either in my lounge or driving I cannot connect with them,, I used to love about the banter in life that you can relate to… Sorry but greatest hits, if you say it quick,, we’ll you get what I mean…

What a load of rubbish, take over a very successful radio station and change it. So dull and boring ..
rubbish music and bad presenters apart from two that remained but even their slots have become boring, miss all the others that were part of the breakfast show etc...
Bring back wave as it was

On the whole the music is okay but why oh why do we have the same tracks on repeat i.e Backstabbers - Born in the USA all the time it's tiresome and then to cap it all I get greatest hits radio Essex when I live in KENT!
I had high hopes for this set up having left BBC radio two due it's overpaid always absent radio presenters with the talent of an ant guess I may have to keep scanning the airwaves.

What have you done, bring back Wave 105.
I love listening to Rick Jackson but it’s not the same anymore, I used to love the banter with “Judith” and Kate, I always had a chuckle in the mornings. Sadly I will be looking for another station

Wave 105 was always a pleasure to have on. It was part of our family. Now it’s been removed it like life is not the same. Can’t find another station that has that same calmness to it and family like orientated. The presenters were so easy to listen to and it was almost like they were talking to you personally. Now, greatest hit radio is the same as any other and with no character or feeling. No offence!

I have been an avid Wave 105 listener for many years. The station had a great balance between music and presenter chat. The travel news presenters were really informative and added to the fun of listening with their interaction with Rick and Steve. Kate and Selina you are so missed. Travel reports are now rushed, hard to hear and miss lots of local hold ups!
The station used to play a great mix of music. Its now dull, dull and dull. I tried listening to give it a chance, but its not for me. Sadly I have given up and trying other stations. Why change a winning formula?

What have you done? Taken a perfectly good radio station, with great presenters, great support colleagues who were all part of the Wave 105 family, giving us great shows with local news, local interest, competitions and charity work and replaced it with absolute dross which has no meaning or links to local people. Great radio is all the above which you appear to have abandoned along with the listeners and for what?? BRING BACK WAVE 105!

Dull as dishwater and just as tastless, wave 105 was the best, friendly local hosts and good banter , I used to laugh all the time now its absolutely awful, what a cop out move from bauer media !!!

Utter dogsh#t station. Wave was superb. This replacement is dire, keeps dropping off air and the dj banter is dead and buried. Can't listen to it. Absolute rubbish.

Where has the wonderful Wave 105 gone??? I have just travelled 15 minutes in my van having to listen to people answering quiz questions with no music playing!!! Then when the music does play it's mostly country and western. Where have all the lovely presenters gone? I used to laugh so much at all the banter between them. It's so true...if it ain't broke don't fix it...Sadly I will be moving stations now.

Dragging up old BBC presenters, they were rubbish then and boring now, no personality at all. I’ve changed to another station.

Greatest Hits radio is absolutely dire.
Gone is the banter with local presenters.
Gone is the information regarding local areas and the travel is non-existent.
I travel at 5.30am every day and the presenter is so wooden, with the Wave presenters they were funny and related local information, we have now completely lost this.
All they seem to do is plug Boring Ken Bruce and the other presenters ex BBC radio presenters, who have seen better days and are nowhere near as good as the Wave ones were.
I used to listen to Wave at work all day. I did yesterday but from today I will be finding another radio station and the same applies to my morning commute.
They have completely destroyed what was a great station and now it is rubbish like so many others.

Dire! Bring back Wave 105. Loved Mark Collins' show, but it's been moved and changed. The old adage of 'If it isn't broken, don't fix it' springs to mind. There are no decent local radio stations to listen to. I won't be listening any more. Sorry Mark.

Should have left it as Wave105. Love Rick Jackson and Mark Collins but also enjoyed immensely the rapport between them and the others. Why isn’t Steve Power still part of it? In fact reinstate the whole lot. I’m sorry but Paul Gambaccini nearly put me to sleep. I have to say I’m in my 60’s and some of the music I’ve never even heard! I’m sorry but you’ve fixed something that’s not broken! Well it is now. Where’s Kate and Charlotte and Selina and Jo! Bad, bad, bad.

The output is dull and repetitive. I used to listen to the BBC and got bored with it and guess what? Greatest Hits has all the jocks from the BBC which made it so boring 20 years ago. This is not local radio in spite of good efforts by Rick Jackson and Mark Collins. This is national radio on a local broadcast and is utterly terrible, there is no imagination. We do not need to be told "Greatest Hits Radio" every five minutes, either! It is either Capital, Heart, Nations or this company filling the FM band.

AWFUL. Used to listen to Wave 105 on and off for years. Great music and presenters. "If it ain't broke don't fix it" comes to mind. Listened today to the Mark Collins show and it kept dropping out, never had that issue before. Off to search for another station.

It's just a disappointment . What were you thinking ? Even the name is rubbish and unimaginative . From the change over there is no feeling or excitement . Two of the units at work have already changed station . just another DAB station. I don't think this is going to make you a winner .

Listened to Wave for many years and suddenly the change. . all I can say is "Bring back Wave 105 and all the Wave Team". The current presenters forced me to find another radio station.
