Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.

No variety
I had been signed up to receive the graze snack box once a fortnight. However I have now cancelled as I do not get a variety of snacks like you are supposed to. I’ve had pretty much the same few snacks in various combinations with lots of things I am never sent. It is not worth it when the point of the variety box is to get a variety.

Hi Victoria - We're sorry for any disappointment with the lack of variety in your boxes.
With feedback from our grazers, we've been working on something new and exciting for our subscription service behind the scenes, which we'll be launching next month. Some things do have to stay a secret at graze HQ for the time being, so we can't give too much away at this stage, but we hope you'll be just as excited as us when we start to share what we've been up to.
This unfortunately does mean that we are operating with a reduced range at the moment. I'm sorry for any disappointment.
We really appreciate your patience and loyalty and hope that you'll keep an eye out for new info about our service!
I was happy using Graze. But not now.
I used to be a happy Graze customer and would purchase two variety boxes every month for £7.78. However, I recently received notification that Graze is increasing the price to £15 per month, which is a 90% price increase. I feel that this is an unreasonable price hike and that they are taking advantage of their customers. Graze used to offer a good value solution to a minor issue but now it seems overpriced and not worth the expense. As a result, I have cancelled my subscription.

We are sorry that you won't be giving our new service a try. We do want to assure you that lots of changes are coming in as a part of the new price, which we believe is still great value for money.
We really appreciate your loyalty over the years, and we're sad to see you go.
You will still find us in retailers, our online shop and on our amazon page, if you're ever missing some of our traditional snacks.
Used to love Graze
Used to love Graze, but I found I was getting the same snacks over and over again even though I'd put plenty variety down. Tried as a last resort to change the kind of box I received in order to get more variety, but the account dashboard wouldn't allow it, at all, no matter what I tried. Had to leave.

Hi Cath - Sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with the variety of your boxes. We've been working on a brand new subscription project and have had to disable new sign-ups and selection changes as a result. We're always happy to make account changes for grazers on our end though. We hope that you'll give our new service a go when it launches very soon :)
MOULDY PRODUCTS
At one point we were ordering these bars a lot. I agree with some reviewers that often many of the bars were out of stock. However, that didn't bother us too much. The problem happened when, on more than one occasion, we discovered MOULD on some of the flapjacks we were sent. After the huge inconvenience of having to send them back to Graze for proof, they offered us a meaningless apology and TWO free Graze bars. No thank you. I've told friends and family how poor their customer service is, particularly given that we were being sent mouldy items. None of them have bought any since.

Hi Louise - we're really sorry to hear about your experience. It's worth mentioning that on the very rare occasion that something like this happens, we ask for products to be returned to allow us to investigate as thoroughly as possible. As we explained in our email, we have now introduced additional temperature checks in our bakery to ensure that the conditions are correct for all our snacks, and will be monitoring the issue going forward - however we are confident that this was an extremely isolated instance. It's a real shame
It's a real shame. Lovely snacks if you get the ones you like. Always out of stock on a lot of items, even the new ones. I would have kept my subscription if they could fill the light box every week but after a lot of wrong things sent & unfulfilled boxes, I had to cancel. Go to buy when I need them now, but the majority of multipacks are out of stock. The customer service always reply & are pleasant, but they don't give you any definite answers or reasons other than stock issues. I would suggest looking at new suppliers as it seems quite a few people have experienced the same issues as me.

Thank you for this review.
Our old packaging for the bags and boosts was not recyclable and needed to be disposed of with regular waste. The new wrappers for these snacks can be recycled with soft plastics at large supermarkets.
We have also updated some of the recipes of our snacks along with the packaging, but this shouldn't affect the taste of the snacks so we're sorry to hear you aren't a fan of these new recipes.
Disappointing
Many years ago I was introduced to Graze and throughly loved looking forward to my weekly box. Due to financial constraints I had to stop my subscription, fast forward 10+ years and I decided to subscribe again. What a disappointment that turned out to be. First few weeks the boxes arrived late, so by the time I got to try them and dislike or love, the next box had been prepared with the ones I didn't like. Couldn't be too upset as we know what the post can be like. I decided to cancel tge subscription but was tempted with the discounts to stay. Continued to receive duplicates which is really annoying as I'd spent time selecting my likes n dislikes to find I constantly received duplicates, in the same box than any kind of variety. I'd emailed to complain and never received a reply. I received further duplicates, no reply again to my complaints so I've called it a day. Even with discounts, when something is wrong, it's not worth accepting.
I think they've grown too much supplying to the big retailers and have lost sight of subscription customers and deliver no customer service of any value. Shows how another business that started out as something a big different and felt special has fallen short as they've grown.
I would not recommend the subscription service at all, better buy in the shops if you really want their snacks.
I however will not ever subscribe again or buy that brand instore again.

It is the case that postal disruptions are causing delivery delays, these are not affecting every order and are beyond our control but we do appreciate how frustrating these can be.
We are also sorry if you tried to get in touch and did not receive a reply, we can see that we responded to a message you sent through on July 26th but that your further queries were answered by our automated system after that message. We encourage grazers to respond to our automated emails if they do not answer their question, but we are sorry if our responses did not reach you.
It is also the case that, for various reasons, we have been experiencing issues with our stock levels recently, we are sorry if this affected your snack selections.

Non existing customer service team
Non existing customer service team. Graze couldnt send me my usual box yet they still charged me for it. I have ended up cancelling my usual order as i was tired of them not fulfilling my orders. They have still not refunded me for my last box which never arrived (and they have confirmed to me on an email that it never will…) I have contacted them three times now by email. No reply whatsoever. No tel number to give them a call on…Shocking service! They leave me with no other option rather than reporting them as a scam!

They keep charging me for graze boxes. I emailed them asking why they charge me and to cancel and they’ve never replied ! Absolutely diabolical customer service if you could call it that! I’ve contacted my bank and they’ve blocked them!

Great snacks
Great snacks. Received two boxes quite close together and both had a number of the same products. None the less I am enjoying them. Particularly the tea bags. They make the most amazing cup of tea.

Love the snacks! I was going to go full sweet snacks but i love the savouries and so do my kids... got Graze for my kids really as i want to have healthy snacks at home all the time and let them graze!

NOT GLUTEN FREE
I’m coeliac so cannot eat gluten or wheat. Now I purchased two lots of graze flapjacks as they were labelled as being gluten free and made with gluten free oats however, they aren’t at all and are made in a factory that can cause cross contamination! I’m extremely disappointed in Graze and they absolutely MUST LABEL THIS ON THE FRONT!

The only snacks in our range which are suitable for those with coeliac disease, and labelled as gluten free on our packaging, are our gluten free oat boosts, which are produced by a specialist third party manufacturer to ensure there is no cross-contamination. . Only the snacks on this page are suitable for a gluten-free diet. All our other snacks - including our regular cocoa vanilla and peanut butter oat boosts - may contain gluten.
All other snacks we make are not suitable for those with coeliac disease. This is because, as you pointed out, most of our snacks are prepared in the same place, which means there is a possibility of cross-contamination between the ingredients we use and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten in any of these snacks.

Had 3 boxes delivered so far consisting of the same items over again, flapjacks and oat boosters despite liking other items on the list and only asking for spice and mostly nut free. Two boxes sent in the same order ( different box types) had the same items in them too.
