Skrevet af virksomheden
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in stores in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.

Won't order again
Used to have these delivered years ago & cancelled when I moved. I thought I'd try them again and selected the items I thought I might enjoy. I tried to get hold of someone in customer services to get a tracking number. Just received an automated response that replies would be delayed. I kept checking for a tracking number - no luck. I emailed again. Usual automated response. However, eventually I received a £2 refund on my order & an email apologising for not replying sooner. The snacks did arrive and to say I was disappointed in them is an understatement. Perhaps I made the wrong choice but in view of this, and the lack of response from Graze, I will not be placing another order.
Awful Monthly Boxes
I would echo a lot of the other reviews that the new monthly monthly boxes are awful. I had been a happy subscriber to the weekly boxes for years but have now cancelled my sub to the monthly boxes as they are just so below par. No choice and double the price of the weekly boxes - not a great proposition. The prices of the weekly boxes haven't increased for a while. It would have much better if Graze had been honest and just increased the price by a bit rather than try to disguise the price increases by offering an inferior product. Bring back the weekly boxes and I'd happily re-subscribe!
Quality drop
Been buying their flapjacks for years. The quality went severely downhill in the past year when they replaced their flapjacks ingredients with vegetable oil. Ruined the texture and flavour. Also, the new flavours like the strawberries and cream tastes very artificial and low quality, as well as containing no strawberries whatsoever. They have also removed reviews from their own website. Clearly some kind of internal change has happened at Graze to boost profits by cutting quality, and they no longer care about the consumer's feedback. My many years of buying Graze products has come to an end.

I would have given zero stars if I could.
The Graze shop take your money online and after paying a fiver for guaranteed next day delivery, they just ignore your emails and online contact form for many days after with no sign of delivery. They have no contact phone number and there appears to be no refund process and I’m still unsure of any available recourse. Shockingly poor customer service! Buyer beware!
No idea when the change happened
No idea when the change happened, but the new subscription boxes are miserable! You used to be able to pick the snacks you wanted or had a preference for, and they'd send you your favourites or a nice surprise every month. It's been a couple of years but I remember there being SO much selection on the website too... now there's nothing! I took one look as I was looking for some new healthy snack alternatives again, and was immediately put off. Bring back the old snacks and sub boxes!

Bought some Marmite peanuts from an ASDA store, the front of the pack the peanuts looked lovely evenly coated however upon opening the pack it was a mess of some uncoated nuts and stuck together clumps of nuts, sent an email to complain a guy called seb replied apologised and offered me two free bags of my choice, went online ordered two bags 7 DAYS LATER they said that had been delivered, I had been in the house all day nothing was delivered, now this Seb doesnt answer emails, a big con, stay away from this false advertising and awfully delivery company, products are crap with cheap ingredients and deliveries don't turn up.

I’ve subscribed to Graze for absolutely years, and loved picking my likes and loves for my weekly snacks. I could also bin off any snacks I didn’t like so they never came my way.
The change to monthly subscription is just such a backwards step as there is no way to choose snacks, it’s just a random monthly box that really doesn’t seem worth the money. I used to pay about £16 a month for 16 snacks, and now it’s £14.99 for only 8.
So sad as I loved my subscription but all good things come to an end :(
Please change it back!
Please bring back the old boxes
Please bring back the old boxes. I'd been a subscriber for ages, and the snacks kept me going. I'm not interested at all in the new offering, it seems like a huge downgrade. You had something good going, why change it?!
The new service hasn't made a good impression
Update following Graze's reply -
Graze - Thank-you for replying, however it doesn't really relate to the points in my review at all. I have at no point suggested that you need to cater for allergies. I'm well aware of potential cross-contamination & have nowhere at all in my review suggested that you should guarantee an absence of allergens.
You should however have clear, accurate labelling, that carries all the required info and correct info, irrespective of whether someone has any allergies or not. There were issues with products not identified on the packaging, missing weights, incorrect nutritional info etc.
But thanks for 'strongly advising' I don't order from you again! And actually encouraging me to stop my membership! This is a very odd deflection, and a really disappointing reply - not related to my points.
---------------
The new 'Graze Presents' revised style subscription has given me a really poor impression so far - it really has come across as if it's been rushed out before it's ready - the website, the customer emails, the packaging, the product info, the subscription info - all had issues for the first box.
Firstly as a longstanding subscriber, I was disappointed to receive an email offering me the new box for £4.99, when I'd already bought it for £9.99 - and I was told the £9.99 was my special offer for being a loyal subscriber! Apparently not that special. Customer service response was that I received it in error - yes, I'd worked that out! (To be fair I should flag that Graze refunded me the difference which was appreciated.)
The products in the box weren't clearly named, and one didn't have a name on it all - you had to work out what is was by comparing to pictures in the booklet, not ideal, it would be better on the actual product! (I have 2 severe nut allergies, so knowing what I'm eating is important.)
There were various issues with the labelling info/nutritional info which wasn't clear for some items - either on the packaging or in the booklet. E.g. the Oat Boost didn't say what weight the nutritional info related to, e.g. per 100g or per serving. I couldn't even work it out myself unless I actually weighed the product, as it didn't have a weight on it, either in the booklet or on the packaging. Another product, the mushrooms, had a weight on the pack but it was an incorrectly printed weight. One product, the Cocoa Vanilla Oat Boost, also had incorrect nutritional info, saying it contained 1.7g of manganese instead of 1.7mg (1.7g would be a lot as the RDA is only 2.3mg!) The labelling info really should have been better checked before it was printed - again, it felt rushed.
The web site to manage your account still felt a bit ropey after launch (like it needed a bit more testing!) It seems to have improved a bit but it's still a bit hit and miss, and I still land on the old page when I search for Graze and end up back at a page asking me to subscribe to the new service before I get my account info. The site was also showing my order as 'unfulfilled' after I'd received it, amongst other messy bits that seemed like they weren't fully developed.
The email communication running up to the new service wasn't great, and there's been little info (email or web) on the specifics of the new subscription - when you'll be advised of the up and coming box, how long you'll have to skip this, what the billing date is, how long before the billing date you need to skip, etc .... Customer service response to this in April was "We will send an email with the theme of and snacks in May's box toward the end of the month and should you decide you'd like to, you can skip that box". Well that didn't happen - I got an email on May 6th saying I'd be billed on May 8th, and no info about the box and what was in it - nothing - so I had no choice but to skip it. I then received an email on May 7th with what was in the box, a bit late as I'd already had to skip it as it was due to bill.
I still have no idea on what happens when - my first box billed on April 3rd, the second box said it was billing on May 8th (but I skipped), and the web site currently says my next billing dates is June 23rd - so seems entirely random!
I did feed back some of the above to customer services after the first box, and got a reply which was appreciated, although it didn't really address the issues in any depth. I have been a Graze fan for many years, so I was willing to give the new service a go, but the number of issues has really put me off - it's not what I expected from Graze. I couldn't give the second box a chance because of the vague, inconsistent subscription/billing dates, and no info in time about the box.
I know it's not easy to launch the new service, and the huge amount of work that entails, but it all just left me with a not so great impression. I do hope some of the issues get sorted out, but I've a feeling I'll be skipping for now.

AVOID
If you are tempted by the offers, do not give your card details. Use PayPal.
Avoid this company and its fake ‘ethics’.
I was a subscriber years ago and cancelled after they tricked me into paying more for some freebies that never came.
So more fool me to respond to emails that came through recently about a revamp. Offering a box at ‘postage price’ - £4.99.
I thought I’d give it a go. The box arrived, I was a bit underwhelmed but I’d got a deal.
I cancelled the subscription I had to set up to get the box (which would have been a massively overpriced £15 a box)
That was that.
Then they sent me another offer, get two boxes for half price and they would send a code for a free box. Ok, I’ll try it.
But they didn’t send the code, I emailed them, five days later they said the offer was sent in error and I wouldn’t be getting a free box.
They detailed that I had already had a deal. But they knew that and sent the offer directly to me via the same email address so they should honour it!
I only got success through opening a PayPal dispute. Graze then managed to reply within an hour - instead on five days.
I got a refund through PayPal and would not touch Graze again with a barge poll.

Just straight up stealing my money at this point
I was signed up to receive a box once a month, which I already received a week or so ago. So imagine my surprise when I open my emails in the morning to see that in the early hours (first email mentioning subscription renewal at 1am, then the confirmation email coming at 5am, giving me no chance to cancel) a second payment had been taken. At first I thought it was for next month's box, but as it turns out, its for a second of this month's box! Not once had I indicated not signed up to receive more than one a month, nor do I want this box. Which is too bad because now it's already been dispatched and Graze has completely ignored my email regarding it. I was hoping to get a refund but now I'm not even sure I'll be able to because they've already sent this stupid box I didn't ask for nor have the chance to cancel. The boxes are disappointing, they're constantly having "technical issues". I think this is the final straw for me on this service.
Update: this has finally been resolved. I don't think I was the only one with this issue.

Graze's new subscription box
Graze recently changed their subscription-based home delivery service. It has now doubled in price and has gone from a "choose-what-you-like" model to a "curated" one where you have no choice over what you receive.
Each box costs £15, and yet I worked out that I could buy the individual elements of the box for about £9 - and that doesn't even take into account the savings they make from the box being direct-to-consumer.
Graze used to focus on being a healthy alternative to traditional snacking, but now they have justifably removed all claims of their food being "healthy" - it's just not anymore, you may as well have a packet of crisps for half the price with the same nutritional value.
And at least you can choose which crisps.

Graze Peanut Butter Oat Boosts
Just opened a box of Graze Peanut Butter Oat Boosts that I bought in a supermarket whilst in a hurry. Can't quite believe how small the individual items are and how much packaging there is to mislead the buyer in thinking that the items are much bigger than they are. This is from a company that on the box says that it 'meets high standards of social and environmental impact'. Just to cap it all, I looked at the ingredients of these 'Peanut Butter Oat Boosts' which the box tells me contain 5% peanut butter!
