Graysons Solicitors Anmeldelser

Using Graysons for my case was straight forward. My solicitor always replied quickly with any queries I had.

Instructed Graysons as conveyancers in the sale and purchase of property. Received a calm and professional service. Communication was excellent.

Amber is friendly, professional and expeditious. It is easy to see why this company is so highly rated.

Lisa was fantastic. Friendly, informative and communication was consistent.

Our sale was completed in less than 3 months without any issues whatsoever
Would highly recommend Graysons
Thank you Gemma!!!

The process was thorough, but slow, and the communication was terrible, with phone calls not being returned in a timely manner, if at all. E mail was a little better, but the firm repeatedly documented my middle name wrong, even though they had my proof of identity documents, including passport and bank statements. Despite me telling them this repeatedly all my documents mention my name incorrectly, I only managed to speak to my conveyancer by telephone twice in the whole process. I was a cash buyer for a property, there were no estate agents or third parties involved other than myself and the vendor. The whole process took over 6 months, I will not be using their service again, Graysons took over my previous solicitors firm of favell, smith and Lawson with whom I had a much better experience when purchasing a property.

We used Graysons solicitors when selling a property recently. We found the quote to be very reasonable and the customer service excellent. We were kept updated throughout the process and didn’t have to chase anything up with them.

Graysons provided an excellent conveyancing service. Calls and complicated queries were dealt with efficiently. They always responded to phone calls within a reasonable time and gave advice where required.

Very efficient and speedy service. Recommended

A very personable, knowledgeable organisation. Friendly and patient with good, timely communication.

Was given an appointment quickly and received good advice. The work was carried out quickly and efficently All staff were pleasent and respectful. Paper work was delivered to us within a few days thereby putting our minds at rest.

I used Graysons for a No Win No Fee claim and they were great. Did everything for my and didn't take any money from my future losses either which was very nice meaning I got extra money at the end. Kechia was very patient and helped me a lot.

Grayson's have been fantastic, they went above there calling for me, I am happy with the results and the service I had was 100%

We were first time buyers and did not know anything about the process, but Graysons were very helpful and patient, plus the app is great to track progress and outstanding actions. I would use them again.

We dealt with Jessica Gamble and Amy Moore. They were both very helpful and great with communication. I was always able to speak to Jessica when I rang. I would recommend.

Laura Humphries gave an absolutely outstanding service from start to finish dealing with the purchase of my first property. She kept me calm and levelheaded throughout. in what I am told is one of the most stressful times of your life, Laura made it feel like a breeze. Laura answered any query or concern I had with professionalism and a smile which made my whole experience buying my first home a dream. Knowing I could whole heartedly trust my conveyancer made the whole experience so much easier and calmer. I would highly HIGHLY recommend. Absolutely brilliant!

Isabel gave us clear guidance on our wills, included our non-standard preferences and kept us informed of progress. We felt reassured that we were doing the right thing.
