2 of the 5 plants i ordered arrived dry and crispy and on deaths door - and died within 3 days of receiving them. 2 of the 5 arrived healthy and are doing okay. 1 plant is currently suriving but didn't arrive in good condition. I have asked for a refund on one of the plants (should have been 2 of them) and am still awaiting the refund which I asked for 2 weeks ago (could be due to PayPal though).
Wouldn't buy from them again as plants are poor quality but customer service team are very pleasant to deal with and fast to respond. Hence the 3 stars and not 2.

Such a good website, couldn’t recommend enough! Always given healthy plants and even take requests into account .... will definitely be using this site more often.

I am a loyal customer of Gravel Pit, they do beautiful, healthy plants for very reasonable prices. The staff are lovely and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fab quirky shop. Looking forward to having a good look around when all restrictions are lifted.

Plants are so lovely !! And the pots too. Lovely service and would definitely recommend! Thanks so much :)

My first time buying from Gravelpit, I have nothing but good things to say. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The plants are wonderfully healthy, my cheese plant and zebra plants already have new growths. I will defo be coming back to them to fill my home with more plants.

Quick and friendly delivery service to my door during lockdown, with a choice of delivery days. I'd highly recommend them for their home-made pots - a good selection to choose from.

Speedy delivery, good communication when order couldn’t be met entirely. Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with the local contactless delivery, I've ordered plants before from independent shops and it's always hit and miss if they arrive in good health!

All the plants from gravel pit arrived happy and healthy and with visible leaf growth. I've had them for a week and they are all still thriving, I'll definitely be back for more! Thank you ☺️

A fantastic store that stocks a wide array of great quality plants, pots and various other things.

Danny is a brilliant, super friendly owner who delivered my plant and pot to my door the same day I ordered. Superb!

A top notch independent business in Sheffield that I take pride in supporting!

If you're not a plant lover, you will be once you come here. These folks' passion is contagious!
