Good communication, goods arrived on time and the driver was helpful.

A great service online to the delivery. The product is absolutely beautiful and our garden now looks amazing. The delivery man I spoke to on the phone during delivery was so polite and helpful. I can highly recommend Gravelmaster.

Delivered on the day expected and left it where I requested.

I just want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order placed on 7 April.

The order included two bulk bags: Golden Gravel 20mm (850kg) and Flamenco Gravel 20mm (1000kg). The delivery was originally scheduled for 10 April; however, it was delayed to 11 April. On that date, only the Golden Gravel was delivered. The driver informed me that the remaining bag would be delivered in the afternoon, but it never arrived.

Since then, I have made multiple attempts to follow up:

On 13 April, I called but was unable to reach anyone.

On 14 April, after several attempts, I was told delivery would be arranged for Thursday, but this did not happen.

I also sent an email on 14 April and received a reply stating delivery would take place on Friday, 17 April. Unfortunately, the delivery was again not completed.

I sent another email on 17 April but have received no response.

As of today, 18 April, I am still waiting for the Flamenco Gravel to be delivered. This situation has caused significant delays to my project and considerable inconvenience.

This is my first time purchasing from your company, and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, missed commitments, and repeated delivery failures.

It turned up on the right day and was the right material

Ordered gravel, arrived on time and as described.

Gravel was delivered on the wrong day with no communication beforehand to forewarn of the date change. Dumpy bag was left in a public parking bay and not on my private driveway as requested. Lack of communication meant I was not at home to check the delivery and sign for it - as the website states should happen. Have used this company before twice, but would not use again ! Also emailed to officially log a complaint but have received no response only this 'how did we do' email.

Reasonable price, quick delivery & more in the bag than I thought but covered more ground so thank you. 110% will use again

Great products delivered on day only down fall is it didn't come on a crane lorry so was dropped at kerbside and I emailed them day before as i never got a time slot and they didn't reply till hours after delivery was made so they could do with a little work on making there company more better

Another update on our delivery. Product has just been delivered this morning by a very pleasant and helpful young woman, placed in a position convenient for us. Very Inconvenient that it wasn't delivered as expected last Thursday. Product, golden gravel stones, of good quality, a bit dusty but this is to be expected.

Very straight forward. I used their calculator to work our what I needed and it was correct. Arrived a day early but that was no issue. I would use again

Nervous after seeing some reviews of delivery delays. Our first order was meant to arrive on a Friday, however it didn’t come until the Monday. It was frustrating, however the driver had run out of legal driving hours which we understand. We had to order an extra bag the following week but after speaking to customer services they upgraded our order to next day delivery, free of charge. It arrived no issues.

Only improvement would be if the bags arrived via crane or a way to hover them over where they need to go rather than on a lorry as it was a lot of work moving the pebbles by hand and spade!

We had beautiful pebbles delivered and no complaints with weight.

Great service from start to finish. Ordering online was effortless, and despite having read reviews from some customers regarding problems with order tracking and delivery, I had no such problems. I requested a certain date for delivery and was able to track my order on the Gravelmaster website from the date of purchase and then also track it through their courier when it was out for delivery. In addition, the tracking information on Gravelmaster was continually updated on their website on the day of delivery right up to confirmation that my order had been received. Also great service from their courier, who delivered my order on the date requested, and used a pallet truck to place it exactly where I wanted it on my drive.

I'm absolutely over the moon with my choice of chippings, which will finish off my garden project perfectly ..... Thank you!!
