Ultimately its an all round great service. Speed, install and service support have been excellent and now been connected for 6 months. Price is also very competitive. Lucky to have Grain as a provider in my area.

Lovely unusual side tables, delayed delivery but we’ll worth the wait. Very well made and easy to put together.

I had my brenin table and bench delivered yesterday and I absolutely love it!!! I'd seen grain advertised on Instagram and knew as soon as we'd finished renovating the kitchen that would be the table for us!! No other dining table I looked at compared to the modern scandi design that grain have!! So easy to put together that I even did it myself as I couldn't wait for my partner to arrive home from work!!!! Amazing customer service by Tom after a slight problem with the delivery company!! Thank you all so much from one very happy customer 😃

I bought my beautiful table a couple of years ago and couldn’t have been happier at the time. It sits pride of place in my kitchen / diner and I’ve had loads of compliments about it. After much use it’s still stayed in immaculate condition - the orange top hasn’t faded at all and the bench has kept its shape.

I recently had to take it apart for storage and unfortunately damaged one of the plates holding it together underneath. When I emailed to request a replacement part, Tom from Grain got straight back to me and posted one out next day. What a helpful team! I highly recommend the service and products.

If your company has gone under, I’m very sorry. But the decent thing to do would be to notify your loyal customers, not leave them hanging with faulty products and no answers!! We’ve tried getting hold of someone for weeks on the phone, email, bot chat, through Instagram. Everything on their website has ‘sold out’, Instagram posts stopped 2 months ago, promotional emails stopped 2 months ago and now it is clear other customers can’t get hold of anyone from Grain either. I followed Grain for years on Instagram hoping to buy a dining table when I could afford too. We invested a lot of money in their new extending Brenex. Only, through faulty design, it’s not fit for purpose. They removed an essential bracing piece to fit in the extending drawer and now it wobbles all over the place. Instead of facing your customers and being honest, you’ve shut up shop and run away. What’s even more shameful is you were getting rid of your stock back in March under the guise of a ‘seconds sale’. This has put me off buying from small businesses. At least show people some respect.

I waited patiently for approximately 5 weeks for my 2 Nested tables. I received them on 14th June and have been trying to get hold of someone from the Grain Team ever since. I have phoned about 12 times, left voice messages, emailed and left a couple of messages for Tom all without any joy. I need to send back these tables as they are not suitable for where I was going to put them.
I read on your website that you could return items within a certain period and occur a minimal charge, but I can’t get hold of anyone to sort this.

I have now had the issue resolved by the very helpful Lexi and Tom, thank you so much both for your help with this matter X

We bought three desks from these guys in 2018. They are beautifully made and the instructions are very clear. As at 2022 they still look as good as new and we are about to get another one. Glad they have survived COVID and Brexit, it is a gem of a company.

Beautifully-crafted furniture, really clear instructions, and the stuff looks great! We had an issue with the legs not quite fitting for the Highbeach bench, but they were collected + replaced really quickly and Briony in particular couldn't have been more helpful. Recommended!

Lovely product. Assembly instructions need to come with very clear warnings to avoid damage to the product. Similar length screws (30/35mm) in the same pack, result is a damaged table top and therefore a very disappointing result.

The service was both proffesonal and friendly from start to finish.
The doors came back beautiful.
Would highly recommend.

Outstanding furniture. We have a Benin table and bench and ithey are both beautiful and well made. Lead times were as stated on the website. Communications and delivery perfect. Can’t rate this company highly enough.

This is a lovely company and the furniture is great: well made, good value. So far, we have the highbeach table, a highbeach bench (we use as a table), the nested tables, 2 stools, and a Brenin bench. Brenin table ordered. The quality is excellent and very good value. Really easy to build - one person can do it, clear video instructions. I bought the stools in the sale and they were a little different to the video instructions but Briony sent me photos by email, so there was no difficulty. They need to start making chairs.

We bought a Brenin desk and love it. It arrived on time, in excellent condition and was extremely easy to assemble thanks to clever design features meaning you can't get it wrong. Loved the variability of size meaning we have a perfect desk for our new home.

Table arrived with no issues, in perfect condition. I easily assembled it and it's now serving its purpose in grand style.

Although I ordered my nest of tables in time for a Christmas delivery and didn’t actually get the tables until the 12th Feb - I was notified of all delays and told why there was a delay. Now they are here the tables are amazing. Wonderful woodwork. Would I order again? Absolutely

I'm happy with the tables however, having to wait several months for their delivery puts me off ordering anything else from Grain.

I bought the 150cm dark oak trapezium table and it looks great. I didn't ask for installation as I was moving, and the driver left me with the wrong screws. When I realised I called them and Rhys sent the right screws next day. The table is up now and looks great. The table and service was good.

Really pleased with our nest of tables, they are well made and the perfect size for where I wanted to put them. The only downside was the long wait (6 months from placing the order) I would have been ok with this had I not received so many false promises of when they were going to arrive and then too many lengthy emails about why they were delayed. The product is good, but I think the service needs help.

It was quite a long wait for the table but it is absolutely beautiful, top quality materials and craftsmanship and I look forward to many years of use. I loved the coaster samples and the fact that the Lino is a natural product.

Our Brenin dining table is the absolute business! From ordering through to delivery, the whole experience has been a pleasure. Thanks for everything!
