Scam Alert! No delivery even after two months and no refund
It has been almost two months since I ordered caps from Grace. The company can't deliver what you ordered. The support team is only sending AI responses every week. This company seems to be a SCAM and has 'fallen from Grace'. Their logistics have huge flaws, and its Shopify integrations are compromised. Do not order from them! I asked them twice to cancel and refund, and nothing happened.

I have not received my parcel as it appears they sent it to the wrong address and when I contacted them they asked me to contact the local transporter!!! How do I know who that is? And how can a serious on line business ask a client to resolve their supply chain issues? Such a disappointment!

Very bad experience — 16 days and I still have not received my order
It has been 16 days since I placed my order, and I still have not received my shipment. The website states that international shipping takes 7–12 days, but the reality has been completely different.
First, customer support took 5 days just to process the shipping information and send me the tracking number, which is an unacceptable delay.
Second, the tracking number I received does not show any useful information: there is no information about the product, its origin, or any clear shipping stages—even after 11 days since I received the tracking number.
I have never faced problems like this when shopping online before. Unfortunately, I no longer trust the authenticity of this website or whether my order will arrive. I hope the issue is resolved immediately and that I receive a real update on my shipment, or a clear solution such as cancellation and a full refund

The first order I placed was seamless, smooth, and arrived swiftly. I went to place a second order and had some difficulties with the website/offer codes so I contacted customer care - a friendly, helpful and quick response was received and the problem was solved immediately.
I have now gifted 3 caps (& have 2 myself) and am spreading the word as best I can.
Great product and fantastic customer service.

SCAM!!! Non-existent fulfillment
SCAM!!! I placed an order with Grace Headwear, and the item was never delivered. When I reached out to customer service for standard shipping details, they repeatedly responded that they use an "internal tracking system" and refused to provide actual USPS or UPS tracking numbers.
After several non-helpful responses hiding behind this internal tracking policy while my order sat unfulfilled, it became clear they had no intention of delivering a trackable package. I was forced to file a dispute and chargeback through my bank to recover my funds.
A company that refuses to give standard carrier tracking is a massive red flag. Save yourself the headache and buy from a legitimate retailer. Avoid. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!
Update: regarding this nonsense response. My package still has not shipped. their own internal shipping still show just "parcel data received". this was posted on 9/12. today is 9/23 and still no movement on this. I stand on my account here. This company did not ship this order. Also, how is this an international shipment? I live two states away. Unless you are not a hat maker in Michigan, as you claim. Seems like you are just a deceptive drop shipping business. I ordered something from Michigan to be shipped to Minnesota. I could have driven there 15 times and made my own hat by now. This place is a scam.
Update #2: Refund issued. Amazing how two weeks of non-existent shipping instantly resolves itself the moment you publicly ask why a Michigan hat maker needs an international supply chain to ship to Minnesota. Still, don't buy anything from this place. SHADY

I Was Disappointed in the Two Grace Hats I Ordered
I was a bit disappointed in the 2 Grace hats I ordered. First off they didn't fit the same. One OK and the other too tight. And for the price they are not as good quality as Lift Down which is around the same price range. And not really any better than the OTTO hats I get on Amazon for much less (although those are hit and miss). I decided not to go through the hassle of a return but wouldn't order again.
