Grace Removals Group - Perth Anmeldelser

Second time we have used Grace Removals and once again a great service.
Reasonably priced, communication great and the team at the house were so friendly and helpful
Keep up the great work

Grace team on the Sunshine Coast were very helpful and easy to deal with.
My main issue is with the high cost of insurance that really increases the cost of the move and the inability to have a low value basic cover.
Their labels were very hard to remove, they stick on to every thing. I had the their team pack every box and did an amazing job with no issues l think they must have used a complete forest with the amount of paper used. All the furniture was also in plastic wrap. The Perth team were also very good and unloaded my goods with no major issues. Their team kept in contact throughout the process and will be collecting their boxes and packaging materials when requested.
I would be happy to use them in the future.

Outstanding service all round.

From quoting, to packing to unpacking, we can’t fault Grace at all. Daniel was expectational - very professional, helpful and had great communication. The 3 guys who loaded our container were amazing. They worked so hard and were very friendly. Same with the 2 guys on the other end. Lovely, up for a chat and were so understanding with 2 kids running around (they even ended up playing tag!) We would definitely use Grace again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again

It was just easy for me to sit back n let your staff handle it all. They were very professional and quick n thorough. Couldn't have asked for a better crew even though 1 of them had problems with his phone dud to Optus outage!!

The subcontractors were good people. Effective and efficient.

I suggest you seek absolute clarity of what you have been quoted. Specifically how many people will turn up and for how long. I was quoted 18 hours, paid 18 hours and only received 12 hours. This is a massive profit margin and Grace wouldn’t budge because it was a ‘fixed quote’, and then they said it was about the cubic metres. I felt ripped off.

Our team of Carl, Winton and Liam were great! They were professional and nothing was too much trouble. I will be recommending Grace to family and friends.

Fast, professional service and very cheap price compared to other companies. I have moved house many times and this is the first time I have been surprised by the professionalism and enthusiasm of this Grace company.
Thank you Grace Removal team. Choose Grace Removal and you won't have to worry about anything

Move from Perth to Brisbane was impeccable and hassle-free at both ends. Both managers and movers were very professional, courteous and friendly.

Quick, efficient and professional. Made our move from Perth to Adelaide easy. Would use again. 10/10

The move from Perth in Australia to Trieste in Italy went very smoothly thanks to Grace removal. From the start to the end organisation was easy and communication was very efficient. All the content of the container arrived in good order. We definitely would recommend Grace for a relocation and would use it again.

I would highly recommend Grace for not only being promp & pleasant when I was getting a quote from Newcastle NSW, right down to packing up and more so the delivery, so prompt & nothing was a problem & they went beyond what they had to do on such a very very hot day.

Initial involvement with Grace sales consultant was very professional - She was very helpful and flexible - but all downhill from there. On the day of pickup, removal staff were rude, unprofessional and careless with my belongings. On arrival at my destination, boxes were squashed and ripped. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I would not recommend this company.

Only good. No effort too much and no breakages.

Wow such a brilliant experience with our uplift! Kerry was so helpful communicating with us about our booking. Jordan packed all our items and he was fast and fantastic. Then James and Unjah came and collected our belongings and they were amazing! They worked so hard and were super helpful with the whole process. Ensuring we filled our allocated space helping us pack extra items. I cannot rate them more highly. Thank you so much for your amazing work ethic and customer service could not recommend them more highly.
Thank you so much!

We moved from Australia to France in July. The packing team was incredibly efficient and professional. All our items arrived safely including a 55 inches TV! The delivery team in France was on time and also incredibly efficient and professional. No hesitation in recommending Grace.

Fantastic services given by all concerned
Right from the first phone call to the very and with the friendly, jovial delivery guys
THANK YOU FOR A FABULOUS SERVICE

We had excellent service from Grace Removals. All calls were answered or returned and questions answered. We were consistently kept in the loop. Our stuff arrived as planned. Highly recommended.

Damien and dabiel worked efficiency and

This was my second load household goods from Perth to Geelong. The freight schedule was fantastic and also pick up and delivery was wonderful. Everything was stress free from consultation, quotes and communication with Grace staff, whom were ways ready to help and polite. I most certainly recommend this company to move you.
