We were really happy with the entire team's service and timeliness from the first inquiry through finalising the quote, the pick-up and then the timely delivery. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to deal with - Tama and Danick were really helpful with all aspects of the quote and booking arrangements and the pick-up and delivery teams in Melbourne and NQ were very careful, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

We moved interstate. It seemed a little daunting when we first decided on the move but Grace made it as stress free as a removal could be. I wanted a proper home visit estimate, having been quoted over the phone in the past and then mysterious ‘extras’ were added on the day. Grace came to estimate, they provided a personalised contact throughout the process, arrived on time, and delivered the goods interstate on time. They organised transportation for our car and our pets which worked smoothly. I can’t recommend both the Melbourne and Gold Coast branches highly enough. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful sorting out our stuff. We recieved our belongings neat and in a very good condition. I will do it again definitely in the future.

Don’t bother. Overpriced and extras fees at the end (ie upon delivery). Poor packing (= crushed and split boxes). Average communication. Excessively long shipping time period (early-Jan to mid-May for pack and delivery from Melbourne VIC Australia to Victoria BC Canada ). Lost or missing boxes / cartons along the way. Damaged goods, especially a cherished one-off canvas artwork which was speared/ punctured. What can I say ? A terrible yet expensive experience. Not recommended.

Grace removals and storage provide first class service

Excellent service from the first visit by Nick, till final drop-off at our new home. The removal crew worked hard and fast at both ends, they were friendly, courteous and happy at all times. We contacted the office several times and our questions were answered promptly and you our satisfaction. We would definitely use Grace Bros again and recommend them to family and friends.

move to Brisbane, was fabulous from the initial assessment with Jody Byrt who kept in touch with us all the way to make sure the move went smoothly and timeframes were met as promised, to the wrapping team and movers team out of Melbourne, who were very helpful, and finally to the Brisbane movers Team who went the extra mile to get us set up.

The only thing to note is that the space allocated to us, was under utilised. It would have been good if the movers Team gave us a heads-up towards the end of the container pack-up to let us know that there was space available, so that we could have added In a few more boxes. Mind you we didn’t ask either - so advice to other customers would be to check with the pack-up team towards the end of the pack-up to ensure that you fully utilise your space allocated.
Overall our move experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Grace. We are still unpacking and may have a minor insurance claim with which Grace is being very helpful, including extending the claim submission period to 30 days to allow us to fully unpack.

We’re so pleased to have engaged Grace Removals for our recent relocation. The guys showed extreme care, and were friendly, pleasant and polite. It was a very long day for them, with difficult, tight stairs yet their pleasantness never waned. Moving day was stress-free thanks to them.

Professional packing service. Item's were intact on arrival in UK. Recommended.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alex, Tyler, Faiz and the team on helping us relocate and consolidate one of our main Melbourne corporate office spaces in such a compressed timeframe. A move of this scale and nature particularly where key senior stakeholders are involved is never easy. Tyler and the team made it stress free and were time-efficient with moving items, always courteous and polite. Don’t get me wrong. Grace (Brothers as the use to be known) have been doing a great job for years and years.
I had a problem with communication as the sending State didn’t advise the receiving State of any details
There was some damage and some loss of goods. Still waiting to see if the goods have been found. Haven’t heard as yet

I was organising my move from a distance, the staff went over and above to help me get it sorted, extremely positive experience from start to finish.

There was much that was good. But it was not perfect.
First there was a failure to provide an adequate team of packers. Only one turned up on the packing day, worked all day, resulting in some haphazard packing of items that were packed later in the day or the next morning by the moving team.
It was a difficult uplift: a piano, an expensive painting, upstairs/downstairs, heavy items and a lot of book boxes.
We received conflicting information about the travel bolts for the washing machine. We were told by the packers and by the removalists that they would attach the travel bolts, but we discovered on delivery that the bolts were not attached. It is possible that there will be a reduced lifespan of the Bosch washing machine.
A runner for one of the credenza drawers was damaged during delivery, and delamination occurred during transit.
I would like to have seen greater care taken in the packing. There was a randomness to the packing of later items resulting in long searches at the other end and some items still not yet located.

Thank you for moving a precious piece of furniture with care and courtesy, from my first inquiry to its delivery, including liaising with my representative interstate. I have used several different removalists over the last five years and I will be using Grace going forwards.

After looking at Google reviews, we decided to go for Grace and they haven't disappointed us. If anything, they've exceeded our expectations. Not only the consultant Matthew has been amazing, but also the rest of the staff we've dealt with and the movers they've partnered with at the destination. We've moved our home into a container literally to the opposite side of the world, and Grace has handled everything perfectly, for which we're truly grateful as it's such an important step in our lives.

We needed a valuable dining table moved from Melbourne to Newcastle. The whole experience from the first phone call to the final delivery, was fantastic; everyone was professional, friendly, helpful and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them again. Can’t recommend them enough.

We sent a small sheet of our belongings from Melbourne to Wellington (collected September 19th 2022, delivered to new home in Wellington December 16th 2022).

Great communication initially. Loved having someone come out and help quote and discuss moving size amount needed.

One shipment was boxed and collected there was no communication from Grace however, which we assumed and expected but didn’t receive (was thinking we would get some updates of our shipment’s movements however this is not the case).

I contacted Grace early December to chase things up, was told they had attempted to email me several times recently with no response however I had not received anything from them. Once I had gotten in contract with them though they were excellent with filling up and responding to my emails and phone calls.

As I work in the International Logistics industry, I feel well qualified to give an opinion on the service we received. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with the service I received from Grace and their agents in London (Bonner). I have not yet travelled to the UK, so this review is written without me having received my goods, however I know that the shipment has arrived and is in storage and arrangements are already in place for delivery the day after I arrive in London. My enquires were always promptly and courteously handled and everyone was very willing to assist in anyway they could. A very good service thus far!
