Grace Removals Group - Brisbane Anmeldelser

The team were very friendly and were very easy to work with.

Team members prompt, courteous, proficient and very professional in their conduct of packing and moving items ranging from furniture to sensitive IT and audio visual equipment.

The team are responsive and very helpful in terms of accommodating our request.
We requested a very heavy items to be move from our floor display to deliver to one of our client. Which has been done smoothly. I was able to negotiate a great price for the service and will definitely recommended to other Freedom Store in the future.

Unbelievable service highly recommend
Everything from pick up to delivery excellent Communication throughout excellent. I’d like to thank all those staff that assisted me in my move for their patience, all , ever so helpful and reassuring. From the initial contact person who came to quote , the office girls , the pick up and delivery men all very very obliging
Thank-you again to you all those connected to my move from Northern Rivers to Melbourne

Not recommended.
My experience with Grace was very average. They started off great, very proactive in trying to get the sale, but as soon as full payment was made, everything went downhill fast.
Shipping delays for months, no communication from their side, I had to constantly ask for updates. Kept promising shipping details, even let us select our preferred shipping dates - but never came through with it, constant delays, failure to provide customer service on many occasions, also we had to end up paying thousands of dollars in additional charges when our items actually arrived to their destination, can you believe that Grace never even notified us that this may be the case when contracting it, just expected us to read the fine print of the T&Cs. Sent an email complaint and got a generic basic reply from the manager, not recommended at all – book elsewhere.

plenty of lads to do the work and the boys were willing to lift rather heavy objects with no complaints
....everything got moved without damage

The team were punctual, polite, quick and careful in packing everything up. They were helpful, above and beyond at the other end with moving items between areas, and took real care with our items. The only downside was that 1 item was forgotten, however, I had also missed it when I did the final walk through so that was a shared oversight.

Brad and his team arrived on time and were ready to go! They moved everything quickly and safely, both at pick-up and drop-off! The entire process from start to finish with Grace removals was very easy, and exactly what you want when going through a stressful move.
Thanks everyone and we'll see you when we need to move again :)

Sam has been helpful with excellent customer service skills. She has reached out to me twice when no one from New Zealand crew has. High praises for her.

Move was easy to set up, and the movers were helpful and patient.

Grace has been amazing! Communication has been fantastic and the job was completed without a single hiccup. The gentlemen who were involved with the move were efficient, respectful and really went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Thank you for making our move a breeze!

Nathan made the quote process so much easier than I had anticipated - nothing was a problem or trouble. We had responsive and helpful support from Kahlia in the lead up to the move date. The team who moved us [led by Brad] were super efficent and speedy. Overall, we're very glad we picked Grace to help us move office. It was hassle free and streamlined.

We were happy with the service. & everyone was patient and helpful.
The uplift at Toowoomba was prompt and delivered to us in Bluewater on 7th February. The gentlemen we quick, efficient & very polite.
We thank you all for your service.

The deliver crew of Mitchell and Jaiden made things so easy and they were so friendly and helpful. They had such wonderful personalities and did such a good and helpful job. If I need a removalist again, I'll be asking for these guys to help.

So easy.

This was made so easy for me. I had some lounge chairs in Brisbane to get to Mareeba (FNQ). Everything was easy and efficient from sales, through pick-up and delivery. The wrapping of the chairs was so well done, my friends even sent me photos because we were all so impressed.

I will certainly be using them again. Thank you Julian Aldridge.

Mind you the other company I range to get a quote from I still haven't heard back from !!

Sam Mears absolutely excelled in her customer service role from the first phone call to the assessment of damages and prompt compensation. I very much appreciated the beautiful hamper. Thank you for brightening my day. It is a pleasure dealing with a professional.

Easy and seamless with help at all stages from friendly staff

The teams were very friendly and helpful, as always. In the end they were working to an extremely tight time frame (3 hours) due to the container being delayed and the timings the apartments put on the use of the lifts, they smashed this with 30 minutes to spare and No damages to my furniture. Well done!

Moving can be a daunting task, but Grace Removals turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and efficient transition. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the team at Grace Removals demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Moved from Darwin to Brisbane. Probably the best move we have had in 40 years of regular removals, but first time with Grace.
