Grace Removals Group - Adelaide Anmeldelser

Grace Removals has been helpful to help me handle my case, even though I am overseas and not in Australia in person. They answered my queries carefully and in detail. The moving also performed smoothly. A great team!

Excellent service. I was concerned at how some items were packed together, but I trusted that the packers were experienced. And sure enough, everything arrived in perfect condition, nothing broken, no hint of moisture or mould. Also I really enjoyed being able to track my goods across the oceans 😊

Extremely disappointed with the customer service team. They promised to get back to me about MANY broken items after using their service. I emailed several times asking for an update, and 5 months later I'm still waiting...

Great communication throughout the planning and execution stages of our move.

I chose to have packing and removal with Grace and i am so glad I did. Communication was amazing, the service was friendly and made easy. I had someone come out a few weeks before to make an inventory and tell me about what to expect. The packing was done the day before and every single item, including furnishings were well packed and made ready for the removalists. The movers came the following day and safely moved everything over to the new house with minimum fuss. So appreciated it.

Timely competitive quote provided after onsite visit. On time arrival of removalists on day of moving. Efficient and effective loading and delivery.

Would not recommend, we used Grace to move our furniture from New Zealand to Australia. After promising 6-8 weeks then for our future to sit in Auckland unless we wanted to pay even more to have it shipped earlier, it took 4 months in the end. Poor communication throughout. They then lost a valuable item that was part of our table which I had to chase up over 3 weeks to get a response. Which then resulted in them finding a loop hole in the insurance we took out with grace for them not to cover it.
Won’t be using again when we move back nor will be recommending Grace to anyone.

Easy communication, friendly and efficient service, clear information on the process.
Questions were dealt with efficiently, and the entire process was as discussed, with zero changes, which was reassuring.

Personable and helpful. A few little hiccups in Adelaide with Tupperware but Wellington side fantastic. All done in pouring rain with great humour and willingness to go extra mile.

Perfect company from onsite quote to removing and unloading. Would use again if the need arises.

Grace Removals were professional even when I changed my mind on some items I wanted added/removed to the removal.
The removal guys in South Australia and New South Wales were professional and courteous.
I would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with the organisation at short notice. The guys who came to move the stuff were friendly, helpful and got the job done with minimum fuss. They were careful when bringing the items into the new house and were simply very professional.
Certainly I would use Grace again if I ever decide to move again!!
I have used them in the past for overseas move and was very impressed then - which is why I contacted them again for a much smaller move

My pickup from Hobart went well and the delivery in SA went extremely well. Grace office both cities office staff are very organised & professional. The men at both ends were helpful and boxes & furniture were delivered well.

I’ve used Grace before & will highly recommend them to everyone.

Thankyou to all the Grace Team. LynnFrancis

The Grace Crew including Admin and movers went above and beyond with organising a gun crew.
Great work guys really appreciate it!

The communication with us through out the move was excellent, all queries were answered promptly. Everything was well packed and all our property arrived undamaged.

Will not be using them again unless I absolutely have to.

Very professional and responsive quote and engagement process. Good price. Removalists were friendly, careful and efficient. All up a smooth and worry free move.

This has been my 9th or 10 move with Grace over more than 30 years, including a Trans-Tasman return. There is a reason I stick with this company.

From the initial quote to the actual removal, Grace's communication was first class, rapid responses with accurate information. The actual removalists were courteous and efficient and provided flexibility when splitting our move between local storage and international removal. Overall, as painless as it could be

Excellent! I totally recommend.
