Good product, did the job it promised, and even arrived earlier than expected

GrabOne have been very efficient in a refund deal I needed to make. They have kept me informed each step of the way, and finally we have the company involved refunding to me. Thank you GrabOne, for having my back. I was a little doubtful but you have delivered the result expertly.

Grab one advertised a deal - could not process - blamed banks rather than look into it. Never had issues with bank cards before and I’m not even 2% of my limit.

it is so easy to get a grab one and use it. whether its instant or a voucher sent, they make it real easy to use the site.

Goods have not arrived - been 3 weeks.

I have been using Grab one for all sorts before, used to be a very good deal and got satisfied, this time I purchased a hiking pole 3 weeks ago and I contacted about my order,they sent me a email back with a tracking number, showing my order was dispatched but still in China.
I would never purchase anything again it’s free delivery but it takes ages to receive the product.

I received an email confirmation of my purchase; I never received a link to track and trace my purchase. Three days after the due date, I contacted Grab One asking when I will receive my purchase, as I am in the dark. Considering I and the supplier are based in Auckland, this was disappointing. Once Grab One were aware of the situation, everything moved quickly and I received my order a week later.

Sent my items at different times no tracking given for parcel 2 can not get hold of by phone no apologies worst experience ever not been been able to get hold of them by phone feeling you been ripped of if you want to take people's money then make sure you have phone contact will not deal again

On 24 Jan 2025 I received an email stating that my order had been dispatched and I was given a tracking number. There has been no movement with my order since then, and the message now says that shipment is now closed? Where is my order??

Very poor quality products.

There is no bend in the eyelashes to curve to the shape of the eye, subsequently they don't fit well. Cannot use. Absolute waste of money.

Update to my review: Grab One have resolved this issue, it still took time, but we finally have received the product.

No phone number to ring Grab One or Chat facility, emails do not get the issue resolved. The customer is completely powerless.

I am shocked and horrified at Grab One’s failure to effect delivery of the item I purchased, their lack of customer service, taking days to acknowledge each email in the trail, taking more days to provide the merchant’s response, with the issue still not resolved after 3 weeks of this.

I purchased a product, needed urgently, for delivery on 14 February. I was required to pay $46.99 for rural delivery.
When it did not arrive I was advised “This is oversized for rural delivery (spin bike) so, if you are picking up the product on depot, we will send you the address of the pickup, let us know"
On enquiring where it could be picked up, I was advised the address and that $20 would be credited against non-delivery.
I advised that $20 credit for non-delivery was not acceptable an that we could not pick it up because that would require a 4 hour round trip. I requested urgent delivery to our home address as contracted and paid for.
On 30 January I received the following: "Thank you for your understanding. We will try to arrange delivery to the customer's home address as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will keep you updated on the progress."

No update, no progress despite many more emails from me asking for a delivery date, no delivery, no resolution.

Wrong size was purchased and I requested to exchange the item immediately, CS team advised that they will contact the merchant for exchange, but I received the wrong size item instead of the exchange option. Took ages for processing the issue and still not been solved. It says 2 business days but nothing happens, I contact CS team again, they ask me to wait for another 24-48hours. What’s the point? I just want the refund and never come back again. Buy stuff in store with big brand can get better service and quick responses. Also, the deal is not that great compared with other places or online retailers.

While the side tables are as expected we received the wrong colour which a family member kindly assembled while we were busy dealing with the death of our mum. Due to this we have not had the time to organise an exchange.

The site had exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with my liners for the air fryer.

We stayed at Cordis Hotel in Auckland.
1. Great price $ 279.00 includes breakfast at table 8 and $ 50.00 voucher to spend on food or drinks.Hotel.only costs $139.00
2. Staff very friendly.
3 .Room nice and clean
4 .If it's special occasion hotel will upgrade the room if possible.or some.chocaltes and small bottle wine

It was a bit disappointing that the sunlounge cushions received were not really suitable for putting outside as the fabric is not waterproof.

I purchased two double grab one vouchers to share in a ferry trip to Kawau Island.
The weather was perfect for our day out and an enjoyable time shared with friends.
