Cherries from Mr Henry didn't arrive- 2 lots were Xmas presents due for delivery 19 December. They were impossible to contact- no ph no, only e mail which was a waste of time. Still haven't srrived 29 December. They had heaps of negative feedback about non arrival of cherries on their facebook page which have been deleted. Very disappointed as previous years there were non problems. They were obviously oversubscribed but should have let custoers know bthey had run out.

Last order due on 19th December still hasn't arrived.
Have used provider before and have been very reliable in past.

The cherries were promised for Dec 19th. Didn’t arrive. Had two emails from Mr Henry cherries promising by 24/12 and they did arrive My son had also bought as a gift for his brother and they still have not arrived and we’ve now heard many similar experiences.
This affects GrabOnes reputation so this is why I’ve give a medium rating.

My order thru GrabOne was for 2kg Cherry box from Mr Henry Cherries for delivery from 19-24 December. Delivery was not made up to 20th so email supplier and was advised "don't worry" delivery will be made by 24th. I have sent several emails and still wait a response. Delivery after Xmas was not suitable as we are not at home to take delievery and now have requested a refund of the $66 paid. Order No is BC59133/ Unsure how this refund will be processed? This is the third year in a row I have order cherrie thru Grab One and have never before been disappointed.

Voucher CKNVBEF807 It's probably not your fault. It's the Cherries we should have received from Mr Henry on the 19th December. It's now the 27th - and we still haven't received them. Really disappointing.

As I had not received the product, I enquired about the late delivery. This was of course due to Xmas demand but it arrived on Boxing Day in time for the family time. Great personal communication thank you!!

Delivery address wrong (street number) on parcel. No one to speak to on phone regarding the issue. After over an hour on phone to NZ post they were able to resolve it

The product arrived before the due date and was as advertised

I ordered 2kg Mr Henry’s Cherries in July and it said they’d be delivered on 19th December. They didn’t arrive and there was no way to check, no phone number and an automated response to my email. I’d bought them as a Christmas gift for a work friend, and she went on leave on 21st..they arrived on Christmas Eve lunchtime, by which time it was too late for getting the gift to my friend for Christmas, They will now sit in the work fridge for a week!!. very disappointed and should have been told at the time of purchase.

i bougth 2kg cherries from Mr Henry Cherries:
2kg Mr Henry Cherries & 12-Pack Cherry Cola Drinks - Cherries Delivered on the 19th December 2024.
I did not receive the cherries on. 20th December so I emailed grab one . Only then that grab one replied by sending a msg from Mr Henry Cherries informing the cherries would be delivered from 19 to 24 Dec 2024.
I hope I’ll receive the cherries either today, 23 or tomorrow 24.
I hope this problem will not happen with future orders.

There was communication about the delivery delay. However, there was no compensation to the failed promise to the customer.
Both the delivery of the cola and cherry were delayed.

Ordered some cherries with cherry cola cans as a bonus and received an email saying there was a hold up with delivery however all should arrive around 19th Dec. Today is 22nd, the cola came a week ago but no sign of my $54 cherries which i hope arrive before Xmas Day. Other than this 1 oops, GrabOne has been great for us. 👍 i can now add the cherries arrived the Friday after Boxing Day. They are out of this world, juicy, full of flavour, ripe and perfection. I'm rather glad we didn't share them now. Thanks for the set up Grab One.

I am still waiting for the Cherries that were paid for November, Delivery date was the 19 th December ,
I would be grateful if someone could give me some details as to what I can expect,

Promise the Earth, then don't deliver, literally. Had an order of Cherries with a guaranteed delivery date, which didn't arrive. So I ask for a refund, and in return just get a copy and paste from their suppliers message saying may now be five days late. No good to me then, but no refund and no proper reply. Their contact phone number now just goes to a dead connection. Last time I will use Grab One, and had used them for years.

I actually want to give zero stars but this app won't let me.
Manta had already rescheduled due to staffing issues.
Today they didn't turn up, contact us or answer multiple calls to the mobile number on the emails.
Can we get a refund plus extra for the time and effort we spent moving things away from the house that we will now need to move back so visitors can park on the drive.
It's also now too late to get someone else in before we have visitors for Christmas so planning ahead using your service has left our house looking much less presentable than planned due to water blasting of some of the paved areas.

Easy, convenient, cost efficient and reliable

I purchased an item that was not fit for purpose. I contacted Grabone who put me in touch with the seller. The seller came back and agreed to refund. Grabone kept in touch to see if there was anything else they could do or support with. Great custome service.
