The team is always improving their tool, they are really fast in answering questions and are always helpfull.
The tool is a great addition to anyone working with the Microsoft environment.

Fantastic customer service! I ran into an accidental background calculation loop in Google Sheets that drained my workspace tokens. Their support team went above and beyond. They got back to me right away and were patient with me in helping me diagnose the tech issue. Thanks to them I was able to get my workspace running safely again. I highly recommend this extension for both the tool itself and their excellent support.

Great tool for Excel and Sheets! And after having some questions on how I can use my Excel credits for the Sheets tool, the customer service team proved to be thorough, friendly, and amazing as well! They transferred some credits over to my google space. Plus, they followed up the next day to make sure everything was working well. This company has it going on!

Es una excelente complemento en trabajos de Excel y Word y me esta ayudando en mis clases virtuales ya que publico solo para compartir experiencias del complemento. También lo usare con google sheets

I pointed out that I had a URL link that was not working, but was given the answer to the question I was asking had I been able to visit the link. Great to go above and beyond the request.

My overall experience with this application has been excellent. The platform performs reliably and meets expectations in terms of usability and functionality.

What stands out in particular is the responsiveness and efficiency of the customer support team. Any issues encountered were addressed promptly and resolved with a high level of professionalism, which significantly enhances the overall user experience.

Based on both the quality of the application and the outstanding support provided, I confidently rate this service at the highest level available.

Amazing product. I had issues, and support was prompt in helping me with proper help.

Fast, helpful and clear response by Support

Great plugin with fast and helpful support.

fast, effective, support provided in no time, excellent and brilliant specialists on the other side of the cable.

The supporting team is just great. They are fast to respond to comments and questions. At first, I feel unsure due to it is a new thing to me, after the free trial, and later purchased a package, I feel comforatable and am satisfied. Jhong, the supporting team, is just great. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased credits and worked on a 600 line CVS file with 8 columns with text and data. A big but not huge database. I wanted the tool to produce some compelling graphs I could past into a presentation.
It did not manage to:
1) Perform an analysis.
2) Create compelling graphs
3) Ultimately it created a basic pivot table in which the % from a total for 5 subfields was wrong. I told it the error and did not manage to fix it's error twice.

Very quick and effective answers.

The add-in for Excel is very easy to understand.

If you have a column with a fullname you can easy extract:
firstname
lastname
gender

You can bring your own key from Open AI.
I use GPT-4o-mini.
That doesnt cost much.

You pay for usage of the add-in.
I paid 29 USD for a package and could easily do over 200.000 requests -> also writing articles for a website with much words.

You can test it for free.
I am very glad with this easy tool in Excel.
