We started using boost.space for our treasury and accounting teams early this year mostly because our spreadsheets were starting to turn into monsters no one wanted to touch. I was a bit skeptical at first (I’ve seen “magic” tools before that just make a mess look a bot prettier), but honestly this one’s been a game changer for us.

We run multiple entities and used to drown in Excel sheets. Now everything’s organized, approvals are smoother, and reports are much easier to manage.

The UI felt clunky at first and there's a learning curve (wont lie - there are quite a few “where do I click again??” moments), but once set up, it runs great. Big plus: their support actually responds and they have great community on FB and Slack.

When I first signed-up for Boost.space about 9 months ago, the UX was a little bit overwhelming and without a guided experience. You had to figure it all out on your own, and it really wasn't very intuitive. Recently, though, they have implemented a new UX and have made it easier to figure out how to set-up the automations. Visually it's much better, but there is still a learning curve to take into consideration when first using.
