Great products and service. I love the marzanino tomatoes, the best. With the Pasta di Gragnano are super. Try the olives, you will love them.

My updated review. Gourmica have resolved my review amazing well!! There was an issue with the internet making it difficult for them to contact me. Wow what a great company, a most excellent service.
There was an issue when I first ordered but they rang me and it was sorted asap. My San Marzano tomatoes are first class. Well done THANKYOU.

Extremely poor Company to deal with.
Extremely poor Company to deal with. I ordered a case of Coppola Datterini Tomatoes and they sent Chocolate Spread. They were then very slow to reply to my message regarding the incorrect delivery. In fairness they eventually told me to keep the Chocolate Spread and that the Tomatoes were on their way. That was two weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. Once again they have failed to respond to my messages. I have now complained to Amazon and a refund is being issued. All in all a very disappointing experience for a first time customer.
Update 12/09/2022
Gourmica have now issued a full refund and sent a free gift of EVOO as well as the tomatoes I ordered, plus a 15% discount voucher for a future purchase. They have definitely gone the extra mile to resolve/compensate me for the problems that occurred so I will be using them again in the future.
Thank you Ernesto and Gourmica.

Besvarelse fra Gourmica
Dear Nigel,
We have apologised to you in writing and over the phone for the inconvenience caused, refunded you in full, and left as a compliment the products we delivered to you in error and a coupon for a 15% discount. We had hoped that this would amend the error on our side which resulted in your poor experience.
Once again we are really sorry and we will continue to make efforts to do better.
Kind Regards

Very quick delivery, ordered Sunday there Tuesday! Updated throughout. Can't see why there would be 2 "bad" reviews, but at least one of these look very dubious!
