Go to an alway deliver an exceptional service. I have been using it for the past five years and they alway go above and beyond to make things work. Clearly I will recommend it to anyone in need to send any pc, boxes... I personally have send my computer twice uk-soain and I can guarantee they deliver everything really carefully.

I have used GoToVan several times for the last 3 years to bring personal belongings from Spain to UK. I haver never had any issues, there’s nothing to worry about with Domingo. The service is very reliable and staff and himself are very friendly. Domingo is always answering quickly over the phone or Whatsapp. Honestly, anything is a problem for them. I can definitely recommend it and I will keep using this service again in the future.

These guys are amazing. Hired for a tricky transport from UK to Portugal and they made it happen like it was nothing. Very well priced and high quality service. Owner and staff were beyond nice on convos pre-hire, pickup, delivery, and even changing dates for delivery - rare stuff. Well earned 5 stars.

The worst experience I had with a moving company and, I have moved a few times. Teey said they were coming on a date, then they changed it. They sent a tiny van, after I sent them measures, weights and pictures of every single thing and, after they told me they were sending a Luton van. They sent 2 people, a woman called Marcela and, a guy called Andres who couldn’t lift my things, we had to help them talking everything out of the house and, we had to pack everything in the van because, they couldn't manage and, if they did, it was clear they were going to break everything on the move. They didn't even bring a blanket. I had to give them a duvet and, a blanket to protect my furniture. Once they got to their destination, they refuse to put the things inside my house, even if I had paid them for that service. My parents had to call the neighbours because they left the things outside and left. The woman just wants to talk about nonsense while you do the work for them. They are rude, inconsiderate, lazy and not punctual, arriving at 9:30pm when, they were scheduled to arrive from 3:30-6:30pm. I went to bed at 1am that day, furious and, didn’t sleep because of them. The most stressful move I had.

Domingo helped us to get out Sofa from Spain to the UK.

He was extremelly helpful all along, very responsive and detailed. It felt like I was asking an uncle to bring the sofa to us.

Once the Sofa was in the UK the driver called us straight away and was very flexible to arrange the delivery time.

We were very pleased and will not even look elsewhere when needing another transport.

Despite the cheap price, the service is absolutely great. The owner answer you super quickly on WhatsApp of any questions you have. I sent 4 boxes from UK to Spain for a stunning price.

Siembre un servicio excelente y muy profesional. Cada vez que he enviado articulos con GotoVan estan dispuestos a ajustarse en tiempo de recogida si quizas un dia no me viene bien y en las entregas han sido siempre muy profesionales y flexibles.

Although there was some delay due to UK Customs and delivery, Domingo solved it quickly and everything arrived at our home.
He is on whatsApp and phone at all times and you can always contact him.
You can trust on good teamwork.

The service was super personal, and Domingo helped with any questions we had in the process.
Due to traffic out delivery was collected slightly later than it was supposed. But that wasn’t an issue, the boxes arrived the same day they were meant to and in really good conditions, the fact that the customs charges are included makes the process a lot easier. Thank you!
