Mi guitarra viajó en primera clase
Solicité los servicios de esta empresa para enviar una guitarra eléctrica a Londres, desde el principio todo fueron facilidades, siguiendo las instrucciones recomendadas preparé el envío y concertamos la fecha y hora para la recogida, unas horas antes el transportista se puso en contacto conmigo para que todo fuera perfecto según lo previsto, recogió el artículo en la puerta de mi casa, colocándolo con gran cuidado en el vehículo, una persona muy simpática, estuvimos unos minutos charlando cordialmente, dos días después se hizo la entrega en Londres puntualmente, el artículo llegó perfecto, una experiencia sorprendentemente positiva, lo recomiendo para cualquiera que requiera este tipo de servicio, quedo muy agradecido y cuento con ellos para futuros envíos, gracias equipo

Communication with him was easy, always responsive, reassuring, he was always prepared to accommodate our needs and he was super helpful.

You will not regret it
From the very start to the end, they have been very professional, kind and understanding. As you can tell, moving is a lot of things and can stir up emotions you wouldn't even notice that you were feeling, just one single conversation with them made me feel that everything was gonna be all right. And that for me, made all the difference in the world. They're really, really, really good. Believe me when I say that you will not regret choosing them as your moving company. They not only care about your packages and boxes, which they do very much, but about you as an individual as well.

With Gotovan everything was quick, easy and I felt my money was well-spent!
With other companies I have lost parcels on the way, money and sooo much effort...
Gotovan is very reliable and I didn't have to worry about anything or pay extra.
