La mejor empresa de transporte. La encontré en Google, me puse en contacto con ellos para traer un colchón de medidas especiales desde Málaga a UK. No puedo estar más contenta y agradecida. El colchón llegó en la fecha acordada y para el martes espero otro paquete. Ponerse en contacto con Domingo es muy fácil, siempre contesta rápido. Faced with the challenge of sending personal belongings to my family in Huelva, Spain due to a relocation, I encountered numerous obstacles with other shipping companies. Their websites were non-functional, dimensions were inaccurately measured, and the rates were exorbitant, leading to an overall frustrating experience.
When I discovered Gustavo's website, my expectations were admittedly low. However, from our very first phone call, Gustavo completely transformed the situation. His approach was refreshingly different and immediately instilled confidence. Understanding my time constraints, he promptly dispatched a vehicle to collect my bags, demonstrating remarkable responsiveness.
Gustavo went above and beyond by offering a tailored solution to accommodate my luggage within the platform's existing options. This level of flexibility and customer-centric service was truly commendable. The most reassuring outcome was that all my goods arrived at my family's doorstep in Spain in perfect condition.

Professional person, he is also a really nice guy. My mum wasn’t taking the phone when he got to my house to deliver the parcels and he kindly waited for her for ages to come back, he kept being really nice and funny the whole time even if he was waiting for ages! Deffo recommend him.

Voy ya como por el quinto envío, y no podría estar más agradecido. Siempre tuve miedo de hacer estas cosas, pero honestamente, la tranquilidad y confianza que me han dado me ha hecho continuar haciendo más portes con ellos. Mejor que cualquier otra compañía de estas como DHL, va todo en furgoneta, y ni siquiera tardan tanto como los aviones. El jefe de la empresa está siempre en contacto personalmente contigo y el seguimiento que hacen es personal, y ese extra no lo da cualquier compañía.
Lo dicho, Domingo, prácticamente un estudio de grabación transportado. Todo delicado y muy bien cuidado. Nos quedan algunos aparatos que transportar, así que sigo contando con vosotros. Lo dicho, a seguir dandole caña a esto. Muchas gracias!!

Highly Recommended
I highly recommend GotoVan. It is often quite complicated to find a reliable company to complete deliveries between the UK and the Canary Islands but hiring GotoVan has been the best decision ever! I have been detailed informed of each stage of the delivery since the shipment left the UK.
The team at GotoVan has been exceptional. Especially, Domingo who has been super helpful!
Also the box arrived in perfect conditions!

¿Estás cansado de la incertidumbre al enviar objetos valiosos?
Enviar tus pertenencias preciadas, esperando que lleguen a su destino a tiempo y en perfectas condiciones, puede ser una fuente de gran intranquilidad. Y cuando además tienes que cruzar aduanas, la situación se vuelve aún más complicada.
Soy escultor con exposiciones en Reino Unido y España, y he experimentado esta ansiedad con grandes compañías de transporte. Pero con Gotovan, todos mis temores han desaparecido. Ellos recogen mis piezas directamente en mi taller y las llevan a las exposiciones sin retrasos y con el máximo cuidado.
Además, son personas encantadoras. Sin duda, Gotovan es mi compañía de transporte de confianza.
