Jag har varit väldigt nöjd med Gotain hela vägen från första kontakt till köp! snabb återkoppling på mejl på alla frågor jag hade, till att boka in möte och hembesök. Vi fick hjälp av Emilia som inte enbart var proffsig, men väldigt trevlig och empatisk. Emilia kom med flera input och det kändes väldigt tryggt att kunna bollar idéer. Vi ser framemot att få hem våra gardiner och skulle absolut anlita Gotain igen!

Väldigt fin service!
Bara nöjd! Enkel process från början till slut. Resultatet blev bättre än jag kunnat hoppats på. Service och bemötande från beställning till monteringen var trevlig, proffsig och noggrann. Rekommenderar varmt!

Do not order from this website; customer service is absolutely dishonest and won’t accept to take any reponsability for their own mistakes.
A few weeks ago I ordered the curtains and the information about the maximum span of the curtains was NOT anywhere on the product page. (Btw: they added it after my complaint, pretending it had nothing to do with it). As a result: I spent nearly 700 euros on curtains that aren’t wide enough and Gotain refuses to refund me.

We are very sorry to hear that the width of the curtains did not meet your expectations. On our website, we state the width of the curtains when the fabric is flat. Depending on how you choose to hang the curtains, the width can vary. We also provide clear guides showing the width of the curtains when hung according to our signature style, which involves using double pleat hooks in every pocket of the heading tape.
We have been in contact with you via email and offered different solutions to help you achieve the best possible result with your curtains. Unfortunately, you chose not to accept these proposals. We do want to assist you and find a solution that works, but we are unable to refund you the whole order since there is nothing wrong with your curtains.
Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely regret that you are not satisfied with the product. We are here to help if you wish to continue the dialogue.

Amazing customer service and support from Sandra at Gotain.
I needed a new blind and also a spare part for a Gotain blind we had already purchased. Sandra is so quick to get back to me, sort out any issues. and ensure we received the goods in the quickest time.
A truly positive experience and the products are beautiful.

Not what they promise
Really disappointed with the experience. During the "curtain planning", they measured the floor instead of the ceiling, so I ended up having to measure myself anyway (even though we had a visible ladder on site). They measured the width and length, but it turned out wrong. During the measurement, we agreed that the curtains should reach the floor, maybe a bit longer. They don’t even touch the floor. The hooks for the curtain mounts are of poor quality and break easily. Not what you would expect in this price range.
So I do not think they live up to what they promise on their website.
On the positive side, the fabric is nice, and the blackout curtains look good.
Do not recommend.

Linen curtains, being a natural material, may initially appear a bit short when hung, but stretches after steaming and will also become longer over time. If you give them some time, your curtains will drape beautifully to the floor. Our tracks are designed to be easy to install and cut yourself, and when you have a slanted ceiling we always recommend cutting it on-site during installation to ensure the best possible result. This information was provided to you before you placed your order, but we are truly sorry if this is something you feel dissatisfied with.
We really appreciate your kind words about our fabrics, and we hope that after personal assistance from your curtain expert, you now feel confident and satisfied with your purchase and your beautiful new curtains. If there is anything you’re still hesitant about, we are here to help!

Otroligt fina gardiner!
Bra tips och råd från Ann-Louise vid funderingar kring gardinval och längder, samt snabb hjälp vid ytterligare beställning. Är så så nöjd med gardinerna från Gotain, dyra men värda varenda krona!

Fantastic curtains very well made
Fantastic curtains very well made, great price. Excellent communication and phone video option made all the difference. I tried Hillary’s here in UK, but the fabric was man made and overpriced compared to Gotain. Delivery was fast and easy (DHL) Highly recommend Ann-Louise and Gotain!

Ann-Louise helped with curtain planning…
Ann-Louise helped with curtain planning & made the proccess so smooth, especially when measuring on your own can be stressful. The curtains arrived earlier than expected and the quality is unmatched. We love them!
Only note i’d make is that there is a qr code that links to an installation video, but there is no English version which was a bit difficult in figuring out how to hang them.

Excellent service and company
I worked with Annlouise who helped me plan and measure my curtains. She was so helpful and patient, and this service is amazing! I ordered samples which arrived quickly and were lovely. Then annlouise helped me to make my final decisions. The curtains are arriving today, so I am excited!

Great service and advice from…
Great service and advice from Ann-Louise! The curtains are great, although they arrived with no installation instructions so you need an average ability at DIY to install them. The videos on the website don’t have nearly enough information, particularly for English speakers! But the curtains are beautifully made, simple but high quality and the process of choosing and ordering was very straight forward. Overall, a great service.
