Shouts about sustainability, delivers losses to everyone.
Shouts about sustainability, finances projects that have nothing to do with it.
Their severe lack of due diligence (admitted by them in phone calls and emails) has cost me and many others thousands of euros of projects who are now deemed unrecoverable (cantinho das aromaticas, acai amazonia, oskaras povilenas, etc.).
They claim their 90 day due projects lowered from 8% to 4%.
Well guess what. You get an average of 5-6% overall, so those dead projects now eat up all your profits.
I've cashed out what I can, and right now I'm barely break even. It wasn't at all worth the capital I invested there. I lost to inflation, I lost my time, and I could've just invested in a green etf. Way less trouble, way less stress, and way less dealing with people who don't know what they're doing, just lure people out of good intentions and abusing the word "sustainable".

Thanks for replying. The point stands. You've admitted on the phone that you didn't do proper due diligence on older projects (some of them failed immediately after the first payment). And even though you might have a large % of your projects being successful, if 5% of them fail, assuming I invested in all, any profit is gone. So again, a high percentage of successful projects doesn't guarantee any profit.
And just a note on sustainability, since you keep preaching although not delivering. Having projects whose purpose is to do a barbecue, or just to finance a restaurant that doesn't find financing anywhere else, or even a concert promoter, claiming these go towards sustainability seems...really sketchy.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Every project launched on our platform meets this requirement.

The projects you mentioned did, indeed, have outcomes different from what we aim for when launching campaigns. However, it is important to note that the number of successful projects exceeds that of those that have become unrecoverable.
While it is a fact that collaborative financing carries the risk of capital loss, our mission and goal remain focused on the success of the projects on our platform and the financial returns for the investors involved. For this reason, delays in repayment by any project promoter are one of our key concerns, and an important part of what we work on daily.

Os três pilares
Ate a data a unica situação negativa que posso apontar é a falta de explicação/ajuda para o preenchimento do IRS. De resto recomendo vivamente o apoio, pois temos três vezes a ganhar, uma em investimento monetário, outra em social e o mais importante o ambiental.

Importa referir que os investimentos em financiamento colaborativo têm sempre risco de perda de capital inerente. Ainda assim, este trata-se de um cenário que a Goparity procura, dentro das possibilidades ao dispor, evitar.
Em caso de incumprimento prolongado do promotor, sem que seja possível a regularização atempada dos pagamentos, a Goparity ativa o seu protocolo de recuperação de créditos, encaminhando o processo para escritórios de advogados especializados.
Em alguns casos, tem sido possível recuperar parte ou a totalidade dos valores em dívida.
Poderá consultar o estado do processo de cada um dos projetos que tenha em incumprimento nas respetivas páginas de atualizações, onde partilhamos periodicamente informação a respeito. Estamos, ainda, disponíveis através de hello@goparity.com.

Boa plataforma de P2P com foco em projetos que cumpram os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Empresa com funcionários prestáveis, bastante transparente relativamente ao tipo de projetos e o risco geral dos investimentos e fornece várias atualizações nos casos em que existem incumprimentos. Ainda não testei a parte do levantamento dos fundos, mas até ao momento, bastante satisfeito. Quando houve a oportunidade, decidi tornar-me num investidor da Go Parity, o que ilustra o meu grau de satisfação.

This company uses their newsletter to throw political propaganda at you. From their CEO's last communication:
"(...) As I write these finishing lines, it is early morning in Spain, and Donald Trump is slowly being confirmed as the next POTUS. It is kind of hard to digest but somewhat expected. While some expected changes might (or not) produce positive outcomes for the US economy (only), I fear the world will become an even more polarized and dangerous place."

Project funds are difficult to redeem, and my project was clearly sold on the secondary market, but it just wouldn't give me available funds for withdrawals! The platform is supposed to give people trust, not break the law by doing some unintelligible operations!

50% de incumprimento no portfolio
Estou com 50% do meu portfolio em incumprimento, as taxas de retorno podem parecer um pouco atrativas mas o capital fica sem liquidez ( não posso resgatar com facilidade) e os projetos que fiz o investimento estão em incumprimento ( alguns desde janeiro).
A plataforma funciona bem mas a seleção de projetos deve ser muito mais rigorosa pois podem levar a sérios prejuizos.
