Such a good experience with Gooseberry! I wasn’t totally sure about sizing, but the team was sooo helpful and recommended sticking with my usual size. They were right because the bra fits perfectly and Im obsessed. The quality is gorgeous, the lace feels premium and I love all the little floral details. The set is honestly sooo pretty. My boyfriend loves it too lol.
Shipping was super easy and my order arrived really fast. Definitely worth it and I’ll be ordering again!

Poor quality, no exchanges, no returns
I originally ordered the one piece: rum color, medium. The fabric was rigid, the fit was incredibly uncomfortable, and it just felt cheap (especially for the price). I enjoy high quality suits that look good and feel good. I’m aware that it’s not an easy feat to achieve and am happy to pay a higher price point for quality material, construction and fit. I sent back the medium and tried for a large (because exchanges aren’t offered), money deducted. The large was no better so I returned it for store credit (because they do not offer refunds), more money deducted. After originally spending $110 plus shipping, I had $85 in credit. I ordered a large in the romper thinking that loungewear would be a safe bet. The fabric was also rigid and rough? and the sizing was way off. At this point, I’ll donate the romper and avoid buying from this brand again. For reference, I’m 5’11” and 155 lbs. In most brands, I am consistently comfortable in a medium. The large in both the suit and the romper were like youth sizes. YMMV.

The clasp has broken twice
I ordered the Triangle Black bikini top (in black) back in November, and the clasp has broken twice now... Luckily I was able to get it fixed in the store in Bali the first time, but for the second time I've reached out to customer service three times already and haven't heard anything back. Honestly, both the quality and the customer service have been pretty disappointing, which really sucks because I was so happy with the top at first. I wouldn't recommend this brand!

Poor Customer Service, Order Never Received
Order never received and assistance was ultimately not provided. They were super kind but I have no product and I don't have a refund and I'm very disappointed with the experience. there weren't even photos to show the order delivered, but I'm out the money anyways. This is some of the most beautiful lingerie I've seen, but i will not be ordering here again.

Our Customer Care team has been in contact with you throughout this process and investigated the delivery directly with UPS. Unfortunately, after completing their trace, UPS confirmed that the package was delivered to the address provided. We also attempted to gather additional documentation from you so we could further dispute the delivery, but without this supporting information, the carrier was unable to pursue the claim further.
As the shipment was confirmed as delivered and the order was placed without shipping protection, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund or replacement. We completely understand that this isn’t the resolution you were hoping for, and we’re very sorry we weren’t able to reach a different outcome.

I usually wear a small & ordered a medium, so if you were small from Gooseberry, stick with it. The shipping for this item was expensive & slow -which is why I am giving my order a 4.

The gold Gooseberry tag is a decorative, non-functional detail, so it doesn’t affect the fit or wear of the swimsuit. That said, it certainly shouldn’t come off after just one wear.

We did take another look at your order, and we can confirm that only the So Chic Top in Royal Blue was purchased and shipped. There was never a bikini bottom included on this order. As we explained previously, all of our bikini tops and bottoms are sold separately so customers can mix and match styles, colors, and sizes.
