The goods were not what I expected quality wise. Horrendous return service. They try to make another sell at a discount rate instead of accepting the return and refund the money. It is a scam

Absolute joke !! False advertising. Goods are made from cheap sub par materials. I ordered what I thought was cotton sweatshirts. When they arrived they are made of cheap shiny material. Sized incorrectly too !!
The quality of the items is so poor. Emailed the company for a refund and they argued back and forth with me offering me coupons instead. I would never buy from this company again so coupons would be useless. They continually emailed trying to make it so difficult for me to return items. It was tiring. Then when I told them to stop offering me coupons and to give me a return address they got stroppy. See below !!
Whilst their website states they will refund you if you aren't 100% happy, they try to make it as difficult for you as they possibly can. They try to brow beat you into keeping the goods !!

Scam , they advertise with pictures of quality merchandise and it is far from that , the cheapest material , just actual gross clothes , terrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I spent around $76 on 4 Eras Tour shirts. The sizing is totally off. Ordered XL and they fit more like mediums. The quality of the items is terrible. Emailed the company for a refund and they argued back and forth with me and offered me coupons instead. Why would I want a coupon? The clothes are crap. After they stopped replying to my emails, I opened a PayPal dispute so hopefully I can recoup some of my money that way. Their website states they will refund you if you aren't 100% happy, obviously that is a lie.

The quality of the items were not as seen online. Also sent a xxl instead of small so both items rubbish. £35 wasted

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SHODDY GOODS AND NO CHANCE OF REFUNDS. I noticed many reviews under the heading 'goodyshe' but the website looks the same as 'goodysee.com' so I will post here to. I bought clothing items with a Japanese style print, all in size L. The parcel took long to arrive and the items are:
Nothing like the photos;
Horrible, cheap 'fabrics', quite smelly;
Sizes all different despite label Large.
I contacted the company to organise a return and refund. They say items can only be returned China. This despite having an address based in the UK which is printed on the parcel. In the recesses of their 'returns' policies online, they say you can only return if you are given permission by them, and returns to third party companies are not accepted. Guess the name of their company in the UK? THIRD PARTY.

Are you guys below talking about Goodyshe or Goodysee? Two different clothing companies, but can get confusing so want to check whether what I'm reading is for the one I want to purchase from or not.
goodysee or goodyshe or could it be one and same as their websites are similar?

This entire purchase experience has been so disappointing. Firstly, the shipping took weeks longer than the delivery promise. When the two shirts arrived they looked nothing like the photos. Very poor quality and very obviously not the same product as was photographed. The print was actually blurry. Now as I’ve reached out to customer service to process a return they’ve completely ghosted me so I’m stuck with these shirts that I can’t wear.

clothing is polyester - not cotton. I have contacted for a refund and the response I got was "you have to send back to china which takes a long time. Can we offer you 15% off instead?"... i said no, i want a refund. GS responded "how about 20% off next order?" i said i will not order from you again so i do not want a discount. Currently waiting on a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I thought this company was out of the UK from what i read before i placed the order several weeks ago. They lie on their website. dont waste your time or money!

SCAM! Do not buy from them. Cheap products not close to what is advertised, not based in California like it says, and if you do want to return something you have to send it to china. And they refuse to pay it. Whole company is a lie.

Horrendous, horrendous quality which looks nothing like the pictures. I wasted close to $90 on my daughter's birthday present only to be left with a pile of absolute tat no one could ever wear. A t-shirt with a blurred design made from nasty fabric, a coat that looks like a paper bag it's so stiff and synthetic and nothing like the design I paid for. I'm heartbroken and out of pocket and despite emailing, sending pictures, I am stuck with these items and no refund. I will keep trying because this is so unfair.

Bought in August, arrived in September, been trying to get a refund ever since then, 12 days since I sent the pictures and no response other than a receipt email telling me to contact them again! I have and no response.

Completely awful quality clothing--t-shirts aren't even made with cotton. I asked for a refund and cannot get one, regardless of what their policy says. Do not buy from this business.

Do not ever order here! The clothes look cheap, sizing is off and when you try and return it takes over a week of emails back and forth to get a return address - and you have to pay for shipping and customs to get the items back to China (which is not mentioned on the website).

Absolute scam!

Sizing is ridiculously small!
Material used is cheap and uncomfortable and charge crazy money for it!
