Ordered a woollen jumper with a felt and hair springer spaniel from here in November..
I got in touch beginning of January as my item still hasn't been dispatched..
They finally sent it to me...
As sweatshirt with a faded springer spaniel on it..

Its scam. Few months ago i ordered and payed some stuff. Till today i didnt recive anything, and i wrote to support, no response. Just scam

I wouldn't even give a 1 star. Ordered the 3D dog sweater. First wasn't even a sweater just a cheap sweatshirt with screen printed image like you would get from wish. Also took over a month to arrive. Poor quality merchandise. Will never order again

Really awful company wouldnt allow me to return my poor quality clothes. Cheap and awful and look nothing like they do on the website. I have lost the money as no way of returning the items.

I only gave one star because I have to. I ordered Dec. 3rd. Never got my order or email. NOTHING. Now I have friends and family with no gift.

I honestly wouldn’t even give a one star review, the order I received was nothing like the pictures, cheap synthetic shiny fabric that looks awful! Customer service is a joke, states returns are accepted but what they don’t tell you till they eventually answer you is that you have to return the rubbish to China at a very high postage cost!… please don’t waste your money.

Ordered a Taylor Swift sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas, should obviously have read the reviews first. It has now arrived and the quality is absolutely dreadful. The material is stiff, plasticky and shiny , looks nothing like the image on the website. I have emailed their customer support but judging by others comments I’m not expecting a reply, and to return the item I would have to pay the £9.99 shipping fee for the pleasure anyway !. Oh well looks like I’m stuck with a completely useless item which is not fit to wash the car with. Really annoyed, don’t know how Companies get away with this. Their website indicates that their fabrics are top quality, Milan designers etc but clearly not the case. I would strongly advise against ordering from this Company.

Never received my order. I contacted customer service and they said it was being shipped ASAP that was over a month ago. But still nothing and now customer service won't reply to my emails. I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering because it seems multiple people have had the same experience. I contacted my credit card company to let them know this is a scam website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Terrible terrible quality!! Took a month for sweatshirts to arrive and when they did, they were garbage. Could not give as gifts. Seams loose, tough plasticy material. Did not reply to my customer support email to request a return.

I ordered 2 Taylor Swift sweatshirts on September 18th. They said it was out for delivery (originating overseas, I know) October 6th. I tracked it diligently because I really wanted the sweatshirt for Halloween. Eventually, it said it was out for delivery in my town (WEEKS later), but then said it was being returned for "wrong address." Since my cookies autofill my address, that was false. I eventually got my USPS tracking, who informed me it had been (attempted to be) delivered to my address from a decade ago (how!?) and was being returned overseas (China, most likely). After attempting to contact them (they only have email), I have since reported the charge on my credit card.

I am so disgusted. I ordered some lovely sweatshirts and T-shirts with Taylor Swift imagery for my daughter. It took 6 weeks to arrive and is totally unwearable.
The material is synthetic and shiny. I spent £70 on items. They are so bad I would not even donate them.
There is no customer service and no way to return. Facebook and instagram are both heavily advertising this company. There must be hundreds of parents like me who are now stuck with unusable presents and £70 out of pocket.

The merchandise is crap. Terrible printing and fabric quality. Took almost 7 weeks to arrive. Multiple emails, still missing part of my order. Don’t order anything from them.

There is a random seam across the front cutting through the lettering ruining it. I emailed the company 3 times in a week with no reply except for one auto reply in a non translatable language. I tried writing 2 reviews on their site but they weren't posted. It was meant to be a gift for my granddaughter but I can't give her this. I should have checked before I ordered. Don't buy from them.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.. the items i ordered are poor quality, cheap and nasty. Such a disappointment. There’s no way I can give them to my daughter for Christmas 😡
I’ve tried several times to contact them as apparently you can only return items once they’ve contacted you with a return address but they have not responded to my email. Shockingly bad products and shockingly bad customer service . Stay well clear

This place sucks! Do not order! Sweatshirts look cheap and nothing like what they show on their website. SHEIN is 💯 better.

If I could give less than a star, I would. Horrible experience, start to finish. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because after a month there was still no shipping notification provided for my order. They push social media ads like crazy; buyer beware, do not order from overseas companies without a strong brand name reputation.

dont order from here the quality is horrible and the return process is a nightmare which they make you pay for most of it anyway. DONT ORDER HORRIBLE HORRIBLE QUALITY, nothing like the photos AT ALL.

Terrible product. Extremely poor quality. Ordered a T-SHIRT and it is nothing like the picture, looks like a kid made it at kindergarten, colour is completely different and quality horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would.

Agree, avoid using this company. I tried to cancel an order just after placing it - lack of response. Eventually, they came back saying their account has been frozen due to too many transactions, therefore expect a delay on refunds. Sounds like a scam company to me. So, no goods and no refund!
