Kirsty, my 94 year old mum cleaner is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she does an amazing job. She also shows a real interest in mum and her welfare.

We arranged home help through Goodlife sorted for my mother who has dementia. The whole process has been well managed, with good communication and very easy to set up. My Mum has been matched with a lovely local helper who is very suited to meeting her needs and is becoming a good friend to her. We are very pleased to have the same helper each week to provide continuity and the fact that she is local and has things in common with my Mum is a real bonus. It feels like a very personal, individual service.

Lovely lady Sharon who comes in sometimes to keep me company & if I feel well enough takes me for coffee, really couldn’t do without her now.

Initially I took on one carer from Good Life Sorted after an interview with some of my daughters. Kim has been absolutely amazing with my wife who has early onset dementia. So, we took on a second carer Julie and I must say not have they both shown compassion, understanding and patience but also have an outgoing fun side and my wife has taken to them both. They have also helped me as my wife cannot verbally communicate anymore. So, it's nice to have a chat and talk about things, catch up before I head off for my respite period.

Great experience with GLS. The carers we have for Mum are wonderful - really patient and kind (they have a good giggle too!) and Mum really looks forward to seeing them. It's made a huge difference to her quality of life. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Angela from Good Life Sorted has been an absolute life saver for Dad and I. Dad had always been very independent however an RTC left him needing some help with daily chores, shopping etc. Angela and Dad hit it off immediately; she is friendly, empathetic, understanding and has a great sense of humour. Dad looks forward to her visiting. For me too, Angela has been a massive support. I really struggled in the early days, constantly worrying about Dad as I live so far away but having Angela on board keeps me updated and well informed of any needs or issues. I was given this companies details by the Romsey Community Support Team. I completed an online request for my mum and they matched her with the most amazing carer (Lauren). I live 60 miles away from my mum, and the support my mum gets, coupled with the communication I receive from her carer is first class. The back office support is great. The invoicing is clear and concise. And the service from the carer is beyond all my expectations. I was not aware of this kind of "self employed" carer support until I received a recommendation. It is cheaper than using a company providing direct care and then the support from the carers who are self employed is absolutely beyond all of my expectations. It's an amazing business model to help anyone like me looking to obtain care for a beloved family member.

Good Life Sorted provides a very friendly and dedicated helper for my elderly mother who has mobility issues. She is extremely happy with the assistance that she receives and gets on very well with her helper.

Since my sister in law all the way from Australia looked into finding a carer/helper for my dad it’s been life changing. Good Life Sorted have made the whole thing easy. This company helped me find a good helper with an older gentleman who was recovering from a Hip operation. The helper is brilliant, helping him with small chores around the house, doing some shopping and ordering internet shopping with him.
She keeps in touch with me and I know all is going well.

From the offset, Goodlife Sorted have been extremely helpful in arranging quality companionship and somebody to assist my elderly mother with light chores around the house. Mums companion has been with her for just over 6 months and mum now treats her companion as a friend, confidante and gives us, her children and other relatives, peace of mind that mum has additional support and kindness. I really value the visits of my helper, Linsey. She'll turn her hand to anything! She's always warm, understanding and supportive, a very good listener. And she shares bits of information about her own family so that I also, indirectly, feel a small part of her life. The time we have together each week seems to fly by!

Rachel from Good life sorted was our Dad’s companion for over year and visited every week . We call her our unsung hero . Our Dad William was a Captain in the Parachute regiment . He was diagnosed with leukaemia and a rare form of dementia which only affected his speech & walking . Dad loved Rachel visiting do puzzles , crosswords and jigsaws take him to the park . Mum was Dads full time carer meant she got a break. Sadly Dad passed in August 2024 . We kept Rachel on as she iss brilliant helps Mum now with visits to garden centre and vets . I contacted Good Life Sorted a year ago to find a carer for my elderly mum. A lovely lady contacted me and I knew from our conversation that I'd found someone who my mum would get on with.
My mum adores her carer and trusts her totally, as do I. She goes out of her way to make life as easy for my mum as possible and will take on extra hours to take mum for medical appointments. She provides the very best customer service. Thank you.
