The organisation and running of the service is excellent. They are easy to contact and deal with and they are fantastic at matching the customer with a helper.
The helper is amazing and works very hard. He's friendly and cheerful and is flexible and happy to do whatever needs doing.

I am really pleased that I went with Good Life Sorted, the Companion they allocated to me for my wife's care has been excellent. A mature lady who understands what is required and can entertain my wife fully throughout the two hours she is with her. She is calm and just the perfect person, I could not wish for anyone better. Thank you.

Goodlife sorted has been very helpful to me and my family. They have pointed me in the right direction for all the help our mum needs. You also feel confident that you are asking the right people as it can be a minefield to get the right information and the right people to be with your parent for help.

Goodlife sorted have made a big difference to our family. Mum has help several times a week from Joy & Teresa who are very reliable and trustworthy. They have given me their contact number and are both flexible when mum has needed to rearrange a day. They have even given up some of their own time to visit mum when she was in respite care, offering to pick up her prescription, or sit and have a cup of tea with her when their time has finished, giving her the feeling of friendship rather than employed help. Living so far from Mum, it means less stress for us knowing she will have someone she trusts and looks forward to seeing coming in most days during the week.

This has been a life saver for my family member. The care understanding and support is outstanding. Helping him stay in his home. The social Services care is very vague expensive and not understanding and alone not meeting his needs..We still have to work with them due to his medication. Having Goodlife support team is making a big difference. We highly recommend and give them 5 🌟 Stars.

Good Life Sorted take the time to get to know their clients and to match them with a 'Helper' who will fit them and their needs. My new friend Brett is a great guy. Happy to help, for even just an hour a week. his social interaction is enough as he has a great demeanour which means the odd jobs I ask him to do for me are the added bonus. Good Life Sorted check regularly on Bretts' performance and their pricing is EXTREMELY competitive. I'm very happy with their and Bretts' service.

Good Life Sorted to me are the best Company and employees I could wish for my mother, who isn’t the easiest of people and 100 years young. Jasmine was always respectful, on time and extremely helpful & good company for mum. Chatting about radio programmes & having old sing songs which mum loved. Jasmine also tidied up a bit & organised the Sainsbury’s food deliveries when the driver arrived. Mum has grown fond of Jasmine, as I have, mum called her Goldilocks and classes her as a friend.

The company sent me a lovely helper who is happy to do whatever I ask and very friendly.
I get regular phone calls from GLS to check on progress and any concerns I might have. I initially needed help after fracturing my arm but have decided to continue my weekly visits.

GLS were very responsive and promptly put us in touch with John. David enjoys seeing John every week and he is a great support to us both

It was very easy to arrange a meeting with a helper. Costs were transparent and as agreed-nothing hidden. My helper is great and we are well matched. I have been very happy with the service.

I have just tried to volunteer to be a helper, but have been denied as I don't drive. I get free travel, and also would be willing to pay for taxis etc. if required (out of my own pocket, without trying to claim anything back) - and would willingly sign a contract stating this.

This is bitterly disappointing. And what a brief approach to recruitment for such an essential community requirement.

Good Life Sorted has been fantastic at helping us with an application to claim for Attendance Allowance. There were many issues with our claim and we are so grateful to Sally for continuously chasing up and ongoing perservaerance in getting it sorted. Sally kept us up to date with the progress and she went above and beyond to ensure the issues were resolved for us and the claim got awarded. Thank you so much!

The helper for my mum was matched with her really quickly. They soon got to know each other and mum looks forward to her visits. It's reassuring to know that she's got company each week and not just the carers who help with personal care etc but someone who can talk to her and help her order shopping and meal deliveries etc. The helper also keeps me updated after some visits and lets me know about any important issues and things I should be aware of, which is very useful.I would thoroughly recommend Good Life Sorted and I wish I'd known about it sooner.
