USELESS

Ordered 22nd November, didn’t arrive until 18th December, No where does it say on website that it’s coming from China, I did also have to message a week after ordering asking when it would be dispatched which they replied saying I would receive email but I also asked where it was being dispatched from but they ignored that part, when it did arrive they sent RED when I ordered NAVY, supposed to be size medium (40” chest) they sent a 34” chest, no labels on jumper to check sizing so had to measure it, asked me to provide proof of wrong item which I submitted then they asked me to return so I asked them for pre-paid label to be told I had to pay for the return!! No way was I paying to return an item that they sent incorrectly! opened dispute with my bank and then received a refund.

REPLY to your reply…..I opened dispute with my bank, they refunded me first! You say feedback like this helps you improve?? Obviously not as you have more negative than positive

Would never oder from this company…

Would never oder from this company again. Company is based in GB , ordered goods come from China, took weeks for goods to come. Sent 3 emails requesting a call back, nothing. Only when I took to social media , did anyone come back to me. Shocking service , would not recommend.

Item never delivered even though was…

Item never delivered even though was assured many times that it would be delivered before Xmas. Tracking item was not any good as made no sense and then company returned order to sender for no apparent reason.
Will certainly not be using again.

Terrible shipping times……

I ordered the car boot golf organiser on the 1st of December, initially thinking it would make a great birthday present for my husband. However, his birthday came and went and still, the item looked to have been with Yodel since the 4th of December, with Yodel claiming they knew nothing of the item and to check with the seller. After 3 attempts at contacting Golfthing, they responded to a message I sent them on Messenger. Cut a long story short - I finally received the item 2/3 days after Christmas - so I was a little peed off, to say the least, as I couldn’t even give it as an Xmas gift!

I was excited to receive my order of…

I was excited to receive my order of what I thought were golf trousers, but I was taken aback when I realized they were sourced from China—something I'd have reconsidered if it was mentioned beforehand. They took almost two weeks to arrive, and upon seeing them, I didn't even bother trying them on. The quality was disappointing, and labeling them as golf trousers seemed completely misleading. They bore a large Jeanz tag and featured Levi-style stitching on the back pockets, which wasn’t what I had seen in any pictures. I wouldn’t have given them a second glance even at a market for a few pounds.I requested a return but got no response. After a few days, I inquired again, only to have them ask for a photo of the trousers, which I found strange, but I complied quickly. Again, I was met with silence. It took a third attempt to finally get the return approved. I sent the trousers back but had to persistently follow up for my refund, even warning Golfthing about contacting Trading Standards and Action Fraud. Eventually, I got the refund, but not without losing nearly £8 on postage fees from China and back to Sheffield, along with a lot of hassle.The entire experience felt deceptive, and I won't be dealing with this company again.Update to golfthing's response:The trousers were of extremely poor quality and not worth the price. Your claim of prompt email responses is inaccurate, as it was quite the opposite. I had to follow up, and responded swiftly when required, such as sending the photo within five minutes of your email. My feedback reflects my genuine experience with Golfthing.

Absolutely dreadful experience

Absolutely dreadful experience. The items I ordered took almost 4 weeks to arrive. They are poor quality and very small sizes. The returns process is not straight forward and I am still waiting for a response to my email request. This has been a very frustrating purchase. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Do not use! Awful quality, small sizes and smell. They don’t reply to emails, comes from China

Do not use! I purchased a 1/4 zip and shnood, no where on website states it’s from China. I emailed for an update on delivery & received an automated email saying delivery takes 9-12 days. It took 22 days to arrive. This was a Christmas present so that is no good. I requested a full refund & they did not reply.
The order is extremely disappointing. Both items are bad quality, thin and smell bad. The medium I ordered is so small. The packaging is awful, not a quality brand at all. The top is creased and is so thin, nothing like the image at all. The shnood is tiny and not elasticated so it won’t fit an adult of any size.
They are embarrassing to give as presents or wear yourself. Do not use!

Nice jacket but sizing is way out.

Jacket was of good quality and design however the sizing was way out. I'm usually a XXL with a 50" chest. Going by Golfthing's sizing guide I initially went for a 3XL however this was far too small. They kindly offered to exchange it for a 4XL but there was very little difference. I would say their 4XL is equivalent to a UK 2XL.

Golf socks

Bought these for my son who is a fencer and works in all weather's often coming home with his feet wet. After using the socks, his feet were dry and warm. He loves them and I have ordered more so he can have a some for each working day.

Have given this two stars because of the courier they use.

Have given this two stars, not necessarily because of the product, which isn't bad for the money, but the products come from China, so take weeks, and once the goods are in the UK they insist on using Yodel who seem inept at best at finding standard delivery addresses. Long story short, I ordered 3 pairs of shorts in July 25. As of 2/12/25 I still only have one pair and the other two have been returned to sender twice by Yodel because apparently can't find a standard postcode (or their own InPost box) that every other delivery company on earth can. They've even got the what 3 words reference and still can't find it. Useless.
