Recently purchased the golf at home kit and it was stolen shortly after it was delivered. Contacted customer service and they did not hesitate to send me a replacement. Thank you Coach Nikki!

Support is great, but golfdaddy is out of stock. So I'm going to be a long wait.

I was happy with my experience after I had an issue with the mat. My mat had split but it’s a very good app and I love it so far, the company helped me get a replacement after an incident and Coach Mark was very helpful and helped me get a replacement for my mat!

I bought the mat as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and after very limited uses a huge rip appeared. The process for getting a replacement was very good though, I had him email with pictures and Mark emailed me back very quick saying they would send me a replacement mat and gave his apologies.

Fast, positive response

I had purchased 2 sets. I finally opened mine and had a minor issue and the team resolved it immediately. Great team.

Between it being $120 and only being able to use the mat three times before it rips in multiple places making it unusable and the app constantly crashing or for it to not process your swing after you’ve taken five already is kinda ignorant. I wouldn’t suggest this to a beginner golfer at all nor someone who wants to stay active in the off season. For another company to want their buyers to just keep re-buying mats at that point, I would suggest going to get a golf membership somewhere, it would be more useful and you will be able to actually get your moneys worth.

Distance is much farther than my stroke. Also, the instructions to get it going are not very comprehensive. It was a struggle figuring things out. Not real clear.

The experience with team was great. If only the App worked as good I would not be asking for a refund days after receiving the product.

Think company and app are awesome but do believe the mat could use a little makeover. Just bought my first mat last week. Used it 3 times and it ripped right behind the blue dot making it unusable. Thankfully the customer service team helped alot and sent out a replacement. Thank you coach Nikki for the help and the sending of a new mat.

Great idea for a gift. The only reason I have to return it is my ceiling is too low. If you have high ceilings this is awesome!

I didn't have high expectations for product given price point and lofty promises but I thought it would be helpful for a beginner golfer. Not so much. The App was glitchy and the accuracy was way off. The quality of the product seemed well made but the App interface was poor. I ended up returning it right away. I had to pay for return shipping but return was processed immediately after I followed their numerous steps to return it. I gave 3 stars. 2 for product and 4 for return experience. Overall 3. Coach Mark in customer service was a pleasure to deal with via email. Prompt, polite and efficient.

I purchased the Golf Daddy product on Sunday and immediately ran into an issue opening the app. It was stuck on a loading screen when entering into any mode and the support bot escalated the issue to the customer support team.

Based on some of the negative comments I had seen about the product, especially since it was the weekend, I honestly expected the issue to go unresolved for a while. However, Coach Mark reached out and reassured me that the team was aware of the issue and would work on a fix within 24–48 hours.

Within that timeframe, Coach Mark followed up again to let me know the bug had been fixed. That really changed my view of the product and showed me that there is a dedicated team behind it that genuinely cares about the customer experience.

Since then, I’ve been able to use the product, and so far my experience has been positive!

Coach Mark was terrific! He offered me excellent customer service, responded to my email in a timely manner and handled my problem with the upmost professionalism. I'm one happy customer, thank you Coach Mark!

Very quick to respond. No Hassle return

My order arrived on time but was NOT as described. Item began to break after 1 use and one of the components of the product does not work properly. Reached out after about 10 days to start a return (within return window). Tried to reach customer service 4 times. ZERO reply. Had to escalate to my CC company but Golf Daddy is lying, saying that the product is as described even though they have not replied to ANY of our outreach to understand how terrible their product is. This means that both the product and customer service are awful to the point of being more or less fraudulent.

The chat bot was actually incredibly helpful and coordinated swift response in customer service.

5 star for Customer service. I sent the company a message on IG and they responded right away. They answered all my questions and gave me new information also. They were prompt with answers to all my questions and concerns. Will write another review once I get the product. Thank you again to the support team on social media. Ya'll are great!
