The worst company ever had a accident with them yesterday because one of there drivers can’t drive properly, at traffic lights London road beccels when driver signalled to turn left and carried on driving then stopped in the road so I had to slam on my breaks and came of my motorbike

We have used them for a few airport pick ups over the past month or so but we wont be using them again. A driver this morning was very impatient with our rider, parking fee's at the airport are not inclusive and you have to go to their office in person to get a parking receipt, instead of them emailing you one.

To be honest I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. To say this is a local taxis company on a timed meter who should know the routes and any road works that are taking place. The cost from St Albans town centre to Jersey Farm at 18.00 has cost £17. Extortionate,will never use again and continue to use UBER.

Had to call a cab for a lady taken ill while shopping. Call handler very good and driver arrived a very short time later. He was polite and (very) patient as the passenger took a great deal of time boarding.

Goldline always the recommended 'go to' cab service.

I have used this company since they first opened and have always been pleased with their service. They always turn up on time, the cars are always nice and clean and the drivers usually very polite and friendly. They also charge a fair price. A good company.

Hello I do want to put my concerns in about a taxi I used from your company yesterday from the Travel lodge in High St Stratford to the Olympic Stadium velodrome - 6.30 pm

Firstly the taxi clearly had a fault, the noise and grinding feel was really concerning and I didn’t feel safe.

Secondly the taxi continually broke the speed limit at one point doing over 50 in a 20MPH zone and this was over speed humps, the driving was erratic swerving from lane to lane, sounding his horn at other cars and at one point shouting out the window.

Thirdly the driver got lost, a 1.5m journey went on for over 6 miles with the taxi driver getting visibly frustrated, in the end I had to use my app to help him.

Finally the fare was £7 when the booking said £6 and when I said I’d pay by card he said no it has to be cash, I explained I only had a card and he was visibly annoyed and then spent 5 mins trying to get his machine working.

I have never experienced anything like it, the vehicle was unsafe, the driving was unsafe and I didn’t feel comfortable being with the driver.

I booked at the office at 4.30pm for a cab at 6.30 from a restaurant to the ABBA Arena for the concert which started at 7.45 leaving us plenty of time to get there as the arena was only 10 minutes away (Dad has heart condition hence the cab) due to a football match the cab never showed as the road was closed ( office should have known this as it’s round corner) we went back to the office and reordered a cab waited in the pouring rain for 1hr 20 minutes had 4 different drivers assigned to us and still no show!!!! We were told that drivers could initially accept but if they got stuck in traffic or another closer fare could just cancel. We missed half an hour of the expensive concert that was a gift for my Parents from us so we could spend time together instead it turned into a disaster! Do not use this company who don’t even know local knowledge book a black cab instead, they cam to our rescue and we’re wonderful. Wouldn’t use these if my life depended on it!!!!

I use Goldline a lot, usually to get to work in the mornings, when I'm rushing to get the family to other places. I usually book early than I need to allow time for traffic/strikes/ fuel crisis. By experience no which days will take long for demand ( Rain/ sleet or Snow).
Also pricing is consistent, does not fluctuate with strikes and other outside influences.

Drivers always polite , cars spotless. Journeys feel safe.

I no longer use any other company for local journeys.

Disappointed in GoldLine car service who I used for work gigs worth £100s of pounds. I won’t be again……..Last night called station and booked a taxi. They said 10mins wait Waiting for taxi. More than 10mins pass then get text Driver allegedly arrived but didn’t wait for me to come out, sent text to me to rebook a taxi!! Rubbish service- I was a female passenger attempting to get home. I wouldn’t recommend, I plan to use alternative as I was left stranded.

The worst cab company in the UK. Today I booked a cab via their apps at 9.42 morning, after waiting for 1hr, I called them, and the operator apologized as there were no cars around my pickup point!!! then he said it would take another 15mins to pickup. Elapsing 25mins I called them again to see what was going on. the operator was saying the cab will take another 10mis!!! what a service! Then I wait for the cab as I have a baby with us. Then the cab driver (who really doesn't understand English that much) asks about the pickup point. I said I have booked through the apps and you should have the correct address. Then he starts swearing in his language. Finally, they canceled the pickup after 1 hr 45 mins. I would not recommend this to any of my friends and family. Uber is far better than you guys. I am sure you will disappear soon in the competitive market because of your poor service, lack of compassion, and employing some illiterate greedy people to make more money. time waster!! and straightway sign up for UBER. Gold is finished!

This company doesn't even deserve a one-star. I paid a prebooked service and have requested to be collected at LHR at 1310 today.

1311 - I messaged the driver that I was waiting for my luggages

1331 - He messaged me back to ring him once I got my luggages

1345 - Spoke to him and I asked where shall we meet.

1357 - He come in at our meeting point, I waited 17 mins

He demanded £15 for an hour of waiting time. He was rude and aggressive.

I rang the operator and he told me that I really need to pay but when I told him about the timeline, he suggested paying the driver £6 for 30 mins waiting time.

Absolutely disgraceful!

Cancelled an airport trip 3hrs before. Absolutely disgusting. I will never use these guys EVER! I would rather walk. STAY CLEAR.

I pre booked a cab and paid in advance. The cab turned up an hour later. The office was telling me the cab was at x location and the cab man was calling me saying he was at y location. The cab office was shouting at me over the phone to stay in location x and when the driver arrived he was so rude telling us not to f with him and if we pissed him off he would drop us on the side of the road in the middle of the motorway. Bear in mind this was 12:30am so I would have no other method of going home. After arriving an hour late I was chased and called by the cab office whilst in the cab to make a post £5 payment after they were late.

Absolutely ridiculous service and horrible staff. Never book there.

Awful service. Took a cab back from a London theatre and the driver was obviously very tired - his head kept bobbing, he was speeding and tailgating the cars in front. We all felt very unsafe.

When I reported this to Goldline directly they blocked me from using them!! Currently awaiting TFL investigation. Would avoid using this company if you want to keep safe!

Left my Mother waiting outside Tesco Leytonstone 5his morning for 45 minutes. Was told the cab would be 10 minutes My mother was taken home in a police car as the 2 kind police officers were concerned for her safety. Avoid at all costs.

I would have given it no stars if l could.
Ordered and booked 3 hours before I was due to travel to work for an important meeting.
Waiting for 15mins no cab, called the office and they said sorry we have no cabs in that area l dont know why he said we could take you.
I said so do you think its acceptable to book people and leave them waiting with no call to say you don't have anyone available therefore they don't have the opportunity to arrange anything else? She said someone should have called you to tell you. I swear l will walk before l ever use these shower of crooks ever again.

Worst service I've ever received from a cab company. I swear you can't get a decent cab service in East London at all. Unless you pay £5 more than you would at any other company.

Worse shower ever. Ordered a cab, said 20 mins ring back in 30 mins to enquire they denied receiving the initial call and said there was no cars. Avoid at all costs or walk to your destination, it's quicker and more reliable.
