Really disappointing experience with Curated Row and I would strongly recommend avoiding.

The clothes look noticeably different to the photos online and the quality was not what I was expecting at all. My order also took over two weeks to arrive, and when it eventually turned up, everything had been scrunched into a tiny, tightly packed bag, leaving the clothes extremely creased and making the whole order feel very poorly presented.

To make matters worse, I wanted to return the items and followed their own returns process, which tells you to email them to request a refund/return. I did exactly that and have had no response whatsoever.

Slow delivery, misleading product photos, terrible packaging and then complete silence when you try to return something. I definitely wouldn't order from Curated Row again. Avoid.

I saw the other negative reviews about this brand. But I bought the Anaya dress and Kelsey set from them and the quality is really good for its price and they look just like the pictures. Only thing shipping takes a bit longer like over a week but for international shipping, I think it’s reasonable.

I was really disappointed with my experience.

The dress I received was not as described or pictured on the website, which is why I returned it. The quality and appearance were not what I expected based on the product photos and description.

I returned the dress to the address provided by the company, and tracking confirmed it was delivered back on the 23rd of June. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update on my refund, but have received no response or acknowledgement.

What has been most frustrating is not just the return process, but the complete lack of communication. As a customer, I expect at least a confirmation that my return has been received and an indication of when my refund will be processed.

To make matters worse, after I contacted the company about my return, the same dress was removed from their website, yet I still haven't received my refund or any explanation.

I understand that refunds can take a little time, but customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a business for a response. Based on my experience, I can't recommend purchasing from this company unless their customer service and communication improve significantly.

I would never recommend this company and will never buy from them again.

I had a terrible experience with them. I ordered a dress and the pictures on the website are very different from what I received. The dress I received had a very cheap material and you could see through it (very different from the pictures on the website). I asked for it to be returned and I had to pay for the return, however I have not received a refund and they are not responding to me anymore. So it's probably a scam. I wish there were reviews about this website before I purchased from them.

I ordered a dress from this website after seeing it in their own website and also on another retailer. On the photos the hem of the skirt is straight across at the bottom and also slightly flared. When it arrived the hem is actually pointed at the front and back not straight. The skirt is also not flared at all. I contacted the company and provided photos and they refused to accept responsibility saying it’s affected by the way a model stands and lighting, which is a ridiculous excuse as to why a hemline is a different cut! They are now ignoring my emails after I requested a returns label so that I’m not out of pocket having to return this to New Zealand.

Update July 30th. I returned the item at my own expense to New Zealand. I have tracking proving the item was returned on 3rd July. I have not been refunded despite their refund policy being 10 business days. I have contacted them and there has been no response so I’ve requested the refund from my credit card provider. I have since noticed that this is actually a UK based company despite their returns address being in New Zealand. I will be reporting to UK Trading standards. Don’t believe the single 5 star review
