Nuisance calls. No idea how they got my details. They can’t take no for an answer. Got a call from them everyday even after I requested my data removal. AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAM.

I was called up by your advisor, but was busy and so made an acceptable time to take a call. The following day. When he rang, your advisor asked about the company I was with and was very sympathetic where required and Friendly and helpful at other times.
Overall a very good person to have working for you!!!

Although I do not appreciate cold calling everyone was polite and enthusiactic turning it into an enjoyable experience especially as I will be saving money. If you could only stop the annoying pause when the call was answered.

The Golden Egg rep was lovely and saved me money on my bills.

It sounded too good to be true. It was too good to be true! Yes YOU WILL, have to pay early exit fees from your current supplier, and NO your warm home discount will not be applied with your new supplier. Waste of time as then had to ring new and current provider to cancel/reinstate.

This company keeps calling me with silent calls all times of the day. I rang them back and asked to be taken off their database, they are harrassing me. Was actually told they won't take me off their database. Reported to Ofcom.

they said they could switch me to a cheaper supplier, with cheaper standing charges & kwh on gas & electric, & reduce my monthly D/D from £40 to £29, when I looked at the company they were switching me to they failed to omit they took 2 months full rate to cover the winter months, & the service charge was dearer than what i am paying now, thank you Dominic you liar.

I never agree to anything on a cold call, too many scammers out there. After reading some of the reviews on here, I'm glad that I terminated the call.

Cold called me today and when I asked why, as I have only recently changed my gas and electricity supplier, hung up. Rude, you called me! Blocked.

Cameron was really informative about the process how it works etc, felt really relaxed talking to him, was able to have a conversation & a laugh with him, a very positive experience & fantastic member of staff

Had to block these annoying basturds. Constant cold calling. Answered twice to tell them to feck off. No one even spoke 😡😡

If correct I should save over £200 and hopefully more next year as I have asked for a phone call when my contract is due for renewal

The call came just at the right time. I was actually in the process of reading about sites that look after just your energy bills as opposed to phones, internets etc. The guy phoning was polite and not at all pushy, if all cold callers were like that I might be tempted not to hang up so often!
