I get a call from these people at least once a day. I've complained about them to the Telephone Preference Service, hopefully that will help. They always call about a different service, most recently the person said he was from Plan My Funeral, so they are also lying about who they are. Pretty poor ruse considering I can call the number back and get the helpful automated response saying who they really are. Spam calls are not okay, I don't want anything to do with you.

Ryan was very professional, with a good sense of humour. Huge saving monthly. Have yet to actually change supplier as it is due to do so in a few days. Really pleased with the call.

Despite moving me on to a bit of a bum steer with Simplicity Energy, they have now moved me on to People’s Energy. I’ll save money and hopefully keep at the lower tariff.

Although a cold call they took time to explain everything and were not pushy. The switch is going seamlessly.

I was cold called by a very polite man who was able to explain my options and switch me over to Orbit Energy in my new home.

It was easy to understand and follow with no outstanding questions

A clear and concise arrangement was made to transfer our electricity supplier.

Everything seems ok but time will tell if all that was promised turns out to be true.

Don't call me by my first name when I don't know you, it's very rude.

The 'energy expert' that rang needs to cut down his banter.

Was contacted regarded switching my energy supplier. Lady on phone very pleasant and helpful and details very clear and made the switch easy

Cameron the person I spoke to was very helpful and explained fully to me what the switchover process would involve. Very positive experience.

you gave me a wrong price .When i explained my energy usage your new prediction was too expensive,
your sales staff informed me that my direct debit details would not be used.
2 days later i received a confirmation from the energy supplier that my direct debit was set up now i have to cancel it, thanks a lot for the hassle

I spoke to Cameron on the phone for advice in regards to my changing energy supplier etc and he was absolutely wonderful! Extremely helpful and was a very pleasant person to speak with.

Unsolicited and unwanted call. The caller asked who my energy supplier was, if I paid by direct debit and then he asked how much I paid a month. When I said wasn’t going to tell him he said something unintelligible and hung up!! Think he could benefit from some basic customer service training.
