Scam Scam Scam
In my experience this business is an absolute scam! I bought the iPhone Case / RST17 - Magnetic Shield Alligator Edition - Matte Orange. It looks good, but from functionality it is an absolute junk. The magnet does not hold and case can easily detach from the phone which renders the case useless. I had specifically had requested assurance that the case would fit snug and protect the phone, and customer service made misrepresented. I requested return, but customer service alleged item was in used condition, when in fact it was never used and was only tested on one phone, which confirmed this was a useless and overpriced iPhone case.
Update: As Golden Concept’s response indicates they will come up with every fabricated and false excuses to not honor a valid return. My advice DO NOT buy their overpriced junk. I have filed a credit card dispute as dealing with their customer service is a waste of time.

Dear Customer,
We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. Our team has been in contact with you over the past few weeks, doing our best to assist and find a fair and transparent solution.
However, as clearly stated before the return, all items must be unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, the product was received back used and deeply scratched, which made it impossible for us to process a refund.
To ensure complete fairness, we even opened a formal investigation with DHL to verify whether any damage could have occurred during transit.
Please note that all our cases are individually tested before shipping, and when we received your item back, we re-tested its magnetic connectivity — it met Apple’s original standards exactly as described. The product therefore functions as advertised in both protection and performance.
We truly regret that this situation could not be resolved as you wished. Golden Concept has always aimed to provide exceptional service and premium craftsmanship, and we remain committed to treating every customer with respect, honesty, and fairness.
Kind regards,
Golden Concept Support Team
The very best in material quality and masterful design and craftsmanship.
I bought Apple Watch Case / RSCIII49 - Gold Carbon. This is a stunning piece of art, and I’m truly proud to be part of the Golden Concept culture. The design delicately captures every detail with remarkable attention, and the materials used are of exceptionally high quality. You can feel it the moment you take it out of the box—it’s substantial yet lightweight, with a solid and durable feel. I have absolutely no regrets about spending a single penny on this, and I’m already planning to buy another one for my wife.

My husband has been following them on social media, and often commented on their products. as his birthday was coming up, i decided to contact Golden Concept. I got in contact with a Richard, and he helped me out by showing multiple models depending on my (husbands) preferences. He was very helpful and as the package came, my husband received a handwritten note wishing him a happy birthday. He has been wearing his Onyx Stone every day since he got it from me, and is so happy with it. Thank you for helping me make a memorable birthday for my husband!!

Generous respond from Golden Concept
I’ve bought quite a few items at one go few weeks back. Everything was awesome, as seen on their website or Facebook posts. I’ve bought an Apple Watch Amber Rose watch case, spare watch straps, the Golden Dragon IPhone 16 Max Pro magnetic back piece. Everything was great, then I realized there is an issue with the Dragon logo on the IPhone back piece. I sent Golden Concept a video clip on the issue. The 3D golden dragon logo was kind of loose. So I asked for advice from Golden Concept. None other than a couple of texts via WhatsApp, Golden Concept generously offered to send me a new one. Am really glad of the after sale service from them. All I can say, this is how a big brand respond. Cheers to Golden Concept! I’m sure to build my loyalty with the brand. Thank you, and may your business prosper!
Thanks and regards
