Lost $849 return, company refuses cash refund
I ordered an $849 iPhone case (order #40108) in December 2025. It was the wrong size, so Golden Concept provided a DHL return label under their own DHL account. I dropped off the parcel at a DHL point in Dorchester, Boston on February 6, 2026. DHL has no record of ever collecting it. The parcel went missing after I dropped it off.
Since then I have been asking for a refund of $849. Golden Concept asked me for a drop-off receipt that I was never given, and now offers only store credit instead of a cash refund. The return label was issued under their DHL account, so only they can investigate with DHL, yet they put the burden on me.
I have filed a complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), case 2026-24902. Very disappointed. $849 paid, nothing received, and no cash refund after 8 months.

I had a few issues with an iPhone case I bought that was Orange Leather, I posted a review on here & Golden Concept actually responded, gave me their WhatsApp # which I thought no one would ever respond. Lo and behold they gave me a credit for the product. I have to say I was very disappointed at first but it’s one of the few companies that actually stand behind their product and issued a credit for the product I purchased. With a company like that so far in a few who actually stand behind their products these days, I highly recommend them and would definitely support their business anytime. Thank you for honoring your word.

I’ve been absolutely loving my Apple…
I’ve been absolutely loving my Apple Watch case from Golden Concept, especially the Golden Concept RSTR 3 model. I wear it all the time — during work, when going out, and even while sleeping. It’s become part of my everyday style.
I recently got an extra white strap for it, and it makes the whole look even cleaner and more luxurious. Honestly, this has become one of my favorite accessories ever 🤍⌚️

Ik kocht 3 overhemden bij deze winkel bestelnummer L3004. Op 15 maart deed ik deze bestelling. 23 maart kreeg ik de bevestiging 20 april werd het pakketje bezorgt. Een klein pakketje waar de overhemden helemaal verfrommeld in zaten. Ik trok van de kwaliteit van de overhemden. Natuurlijk heb ik de drie overhemden eerste gestreken. Daarbij zag en rook ik dat er 1 overhemd was gedragen. De foto's op de site tonen veel meer kwaliteit dan de overhemden die ik thuisgestuurd kreeg.

True luxury is not only the product, but the service
I contacted Golden Concept regarding a strap that did not fit my watch case. The case was purchased in November 2023 and is still in exceptional condition, which truly reflects the high quality and craftsmanship of the brand.
What impressed me most was the service: I received a personal response within 30 minutes, even in the evening. The team immediately confirmed the issue and offered an outstanding solution — the correct strap was provided free of charge, I was allowed to keep the original one, and I only had to cover the shipping costs. Effortless, generous, and highly professional.
Everything about Golden Concept feels premium, right down to the smallest details. Even the packaging itself is a true “wow” experience, perfectly aligned with a high-end luxury brand.
This is exactly how a luxury brand should operate: flawless products, exceptional service, and real attention to the customer. I will without hesitation continue purchasing from Golden Concept in the future.

Golden Concept, great products and impressive service
Regular customer by Golden Concept for some years, I received last Friday the new ordered iPhone case. For once it did not suit perfectly. I contacted the after sales service at 12h30. At 15h30, feedback from the service: the wrong case was delivered. A new case was already on my way and all docs for returning the wrong delivery was annexed. Today on Monday I got the new one, suiting perfectly. Impressive. Golden Concept is not only selling exceptional products in amazing quality, they also offer a top service quality when (sometimes), an error happens. Hat’s up for the team.
