Edward was very responsive and went over and beyond what was expected to meet our requirements.

I was a little leery at first, but checked out the reviews and decided to go with Goflyfirst. We bought tickets to Rome for our family this coming June.
Jane Lopez was prompt in getting back to me after I filled out the initial request to get a quote. The quoted rates were 25% off what I was seeing with my own searches. I checked again, just to make sure, looked at reviews for the service, and after speaking with Jane on the phone we decided to pull the plug.
I like that Jane will be my personal agent, keeping tabs on flights, until the trip is over.
I also liked that the site checked ME out--with a test charge to the card to make sure that I was legit as well. This speaks well for the business.
I will update the review once the trip is completed.

My family is due for a get-together at Orlando in Feb 2020.
Due to age and my knees I wanted to fly Dubai to Orlando, in utmost comfort. I was assisted by Jane Lopez. She is exceptional! Never gave up on me. I wanted an itinerary that was convenient, comfortable and pocket friendly. I was so picky and choosy, but she has managed all.
She has also assured me that she will henceforth assist me in all my travel plans.
The booking team has also been very prompt and concise in their communication.

I was given excellent and efficient service by Clint Davies in making rather late bookings for my annual visit to France from New Zealand. Clint kept me constantly informed by phone and email and made special efforts to get the airlines I favoured.

Due to the way my 3 legged trip was booked , I lost out on lounge prvilEdges at one destination and Confusion upon check in. No assigned seats which was very stressful. My advice the price was ok but get your seat assignments in print
And boarding passes. I found their process confusing and uncertain.
