So Grateful to GODDARD AND DUNBAR AND ASSOCIATES FOR Helping with providing a will for me in there March free will Month.For a donation to a Charity of my choice. We recently used Goddard Dunbar to act on our behalf in our house move and they were fantastic.
Carole, Danielle, Lilly, Jennifer and the rest of the team really looked after us and put our minds at rest during what would otherwise have been a much more stressful time. Despite another area of the chain being much less responsive our team always responded to us really quickly and I trust that they acted on our behalf with integrity, professionalism and grace.

Recently purchased a property and used Goddard Dunbar as my solicitors after they were recommended by the sellers Estate Agent Platinum Property and I’m so glad I did. Ok they’re not the cheapest but you actually do receive a 5 Star Service. I was allocated to Carole’s Team and throughout their service whilst they were always very polite and friendly the staff always maintained a professional manner. What stood out for me though most of all was their communication, I received an email during every part of the process and when I was promised a phone call I actually received one. I appreciate that people say that buying and selling a home is a very stressful time, but believe me Goddard Dunbar do their very best to keep those levels to as low as possible, so would I use them again? You bet I would.

Following the sudden death of my mum I learned that I was named as executor of her estate, a role I knew nothing about.

This was the second time we used Sharon & Elliot to handle our family affairs and once again they were both amazing. Their extensive knowledge of new build properties was invaluable.
