Gobus does a fraud when you cancel the ticket.
They refund you as credit of loyalty points without the fee they charge. And loyalty points "As a reminder, loyalty points may be redeemed for the value of a full purchase only.". As they put fee on top of ticket price so you will never be able to use the loyalty points. Hence your money is gone. I do not see any option to redeem today.

I went from Cambridge to New York City on new year's eave. Going down, the driver was driving way too aggressively, too fast and too close to other cars. I imagine the drivers run on a tight schedule, but this was just ridiculous.

Going back on new year's day, however, we had another driver, who was very different. He drove calmer and kept his distance, which made the trip much more enjoyable.

I used this bus from the park at meikle wartle to the inverurie town hall on Saturday afternoon at 1.50 on the 13th of August the driver was pleasant polite and friendly its a great service with lovely staff

Had the most courteous, informative, and overall wonderful experience due solely to the driver of my GO bus. His name was Enrique (not sure of spelling) and I made a note of the bus number because he was so fabulous. The bus # from the Pearson airport to Hamilton was 2538. He should be acknowledged for excellent service! He was so informative and helpful to everyone. Really made the last leg of my journey comfortable.

I unfortunately have to rate Gobuses with 1 star.
I traveled to NYC Sunday July 24-2022 with my husband and our 2 kids. Bus arrived at time, and took off. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't worked eventhough it says free Wifi when booking.
Aprox 1 hour from NYC the bus broke down and we were stucked at the highway for 3 hours before a new bus showed up to pick us up. Not much info was given from the bus driver, no water to handle out eventhough is was crazy hot. New bus came after 3 hours and still no working wifi in the new bus.

After this experience l, I have tried to reach out to Gobuses to get an refund. But nobody replies my emails, phonecalls, Messenger or through their website quistion form. Just silent from Gobuses.

Therefore only 1 star.

Jullie was driving the bus and I was on board for the last past one hour, I had to use the washroom but none was accessible. I was in emergency and she opened the drivers washroom for me. Being a girl who was mensturating it was the biggest thing she could have done for me. Such an incredible lady , we need so much more drivers like this and for the go bus stations its horrible how we are not able to even acess washrooms. From barrie to union station it is a 2.5 hr drive and it is impossible to survive without a washroom break. Go stations have washroom but they are just not open for the public. How horrible is that!! If is wasn’t for my absolute angel of a driver I would have suffered in pain for atleast 2 more hours and idk if I could’ve controlled my urine or not. Completely horrible go station service. Please open the washroom to the public!! That is a basic need at every station atleast. At last thank you jullie. Cannot have survived without you.

What a waste of 1hr10 min with the 65e route. In prior days I could get back to wellington&404 straight up dvp in a short time especially late at night. Now I am forced to take this long ridiculous route while we all sit here on a full bus just waiting to get to Aurora Go. Then have to uber back to Wellington & 404 to get car. The 3 of us will forget taking transit ever again.

In the past, Go Bus has been pretty good. However, today my trip from Vienna, VA to New York City was dismal at best.

Bought a trip for the 6/23/2022 7:30AM bus from Vienna, VA to New York. The bus was at the bus stop on time, but the driver said it will not be leaving for 15 minutes because he was waiting on a new driver to train. Well, we didn't leave until 8:30AM (1 hour from scheduled departure time)... once we were on the road, we had to pick up other passengers at the Tysons, VA bus stop.. which is then when they told us that the AC wasn't working and needed to wait for another bus to come replace. It wasn't until 10:00AM (!!!!!!) that we left Tysons, VA. To make matters worse, once we are on the road, the driver took stop at the rest stop and now it is 3:00pm and we are almost in New York City. Basically 8 hours on the bus when it should have been a 4 hour trip. It would be understandable if there was traffic, but no.. all of this is just poor customer service. They lost a customer.

I want to say thank you to the Bramalea Go afternoon shif for help me to take the right bus from Bramalea to Oshawa Go no transfer and the bus drive schedule at 13 :15 a. Nice lady !! to do my trip amazing experiencie on Monday 05/02/2022.

I have been using go bus for the past 2 months from union station to Cooksville bord at 7:20am today’s driver was literally stop on cooksville station. It’s easy to say he just pass through the bus stop passenger didn’t get a chance to exit and he didn’t respond to the stop request also. I have to go to the driver when the bus was moving to talk to him. At last he stops and it takes me 10 min extra walk to my work place usually it takes me 2min from the stop and it

I want to say thank you to the driver of the January 7, 5:30 pm bus from NYC to VA who allowed me to board the bus early so I wouldn't have to wait in the cold and snow. I have an injured ankle and it would have been really difficult to stand out in the cold. Thank you.

This morning the 96B at 8:40 pulled into Ajax go station. There was bus congestion. The bus did not stop at the designated spot where a group of 5 of us waited. Instead they pulled in elsewhere and then left. The next bus is an hour away. Called customer service but no resolve.

Buses didn't always leave on time. Overall a good experience

Excellent service! I am highly recommend this bus company.

The bus itself was very clean. However, the wifi did not work, and the bus driver did not try / was not able to fix it (this is not the first time this has happened). Additionally, I felt VERY unsafe COVID-wise: Not only was the driver not wearing their mask properly, but they did not do a single thing to tell other passengers to wear masks. Many of the other passengers were fully unmasked for the entirety of the several-hour trip, which in such close quarters was fully unacceptable. Especially given that vaccine information is not collected, not caring whether passengers are masked or unmasked is a downright shocking display of callousness on Go Buses' part.

I have had very few problems with this company (unlike a bigger well known bus company). Their buses generally run on time, the drivers are always courteous, and the buses are clean. I also like that they run a bus to Alewife Station in Cambridge rather than to South Station in Boston. I've also taken their buses from NYC to DC and Virginia. I will patronize them any chance I can get.

The bus window is covered so that’s a down side. Some bus drivers smoke a lot it gets very hard to breath even though they smoke outside the smell is very strong. It’s pretty pricy too

it would be nice to have a bus that goes directly from alewife to New York... I would pay more for a bus like that. The first bus was dirty. There were used masks between the seats which was gross. The return bus was clean.

Bus driver was SO nice and had a great personality. I will be using GoBus for all of my trips to and from NYC. It was nice to leave the crazy busy city and not have to worry about being energetic enough to drive all the way home. I arrived home late but refreshed because I was able to relax on my way home. The bus was also not crowded at all which was nice. My husband and I had the entire back of the bus to ourselves.
