The team kept in touch through text/ telephone keeping me up to date on the engineers ETA. I was pleased with Jake’s overall approach and mannerism, and he was also kind and friendly. He assessed the leakages and clearly outlined the problem and options; which was very useful. I’m grateful for his call today. No more flood nightmares Jake!!! Thank you for being so reliable!!!

Jake from Go2Gas was very professional and explained what he was doing . He found the problem quickly and rectified it with the advice that the unit should be replaced to prevent further leaks. A very helpful pleasant young man.

Called the emergency line and had an engineer here in an hour and half. On a Bank Holiday too. Jake H was great, quickly saw the problem and had the parts to fix in his van. Amazing service on a holiday. Thank you

Costica from Go2Gas did a brilliant job of our toilet repair. We had trouble with a broken/detached waste pipe and he sorted this in 30 mins and bolted the bowel back to the floor too.

I rang to arrange another plumber as the first one arranged, didnt contact me or answer my calls or email. The second one given phoned me and said the plumber will be with me in 15 minutes and sure enough George turned up, looked at the toilet flush not working, went to his van and found a similar flush. It took him 10 minutes to replace and complete the fitment. Very impressed and will have George sort out any plumbing needs I may have in the future. Thank you to Go 2 Gas solutions ltd.

Tyler attended to our bathroom leak. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue within the hour. Explained what he did and how the issue came about. He also explained how he had resolved the issue. He gave us peace of mind. He’s highly recommended.

We are based at LE2 and Ryan from Go2 gas was sent to us on Thursday 10th of April 2025 and we were his first job for that day. We had no hot water or heating and Go2gas sent Ryan within 24hours. Ryan was on time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and knew exactly what the issue was from just looking at the boiler. Ryan managed to fix the problem very quickly and replaced the necessary parts. He also left us with instructions and explained the problem to us. I would recommend Ryan snd this company as our experience was very positive.

Great experience, from call out to attending was quick, and Jake H who attended carried out the work to a high level. Jake kept me updated on the progress and what was the issue before resolving.

Brandon sorted out a mega flow boiler within 10 minutes after we were without hot water for 3 weeks. He saw what 4 other engineers failed to spot and within 10 minutes we had hot water again. Not to mention what a lovely friendly guy he was. He was a credit to his company in every way.

Initially I called these guy's from My Anglian Water CET as I'm currently on the Priority services register and needed to get a repair to a dripping tap and as a Shared ownership I would normally pay but luckily got put in touch these Guy's - Go to Gas ltd and guy came out was really good and went the extra mile and gave me a new tap as couldn't replace washers on my existing one , a little difficult to fit but the engineer Tyler's perseverance really paid off as nice new Tap now .. Bonus! thanks again to Tyler mate - much appreciated 👍

The plumber was on time and finished the job very quickly

The engineer was very efficient and had part needed on his van . Very pleased he repaired our broken pipe so quickly . Nice man .

Jake H, a Plumber from Go2Gas solutions limited was great. He was sent to my rental property in Daventry to fix the leaking pipe in the bathroom of that property. He thoroughly investigated the leak and quickly found that the hot water pipe needed a new isolator valve, as the old one had become disconnected, causing the water leak. He fitted new isolator valves to the hot and cold pipes and that stopped the water leaking. He then ensured that any air bubbles in the water system were got rid of before he left. He said to me that he would inform his manager that they also needed to check all the electrics were ok, but I was later told that was not in the report of his work that he submitted so I cannot say if that did happen or not, as I did not see his report.
Throughout the visit he was a very pleasant chap to deal with and gave good service.

Utterly useless. Have had three engineers attend our home to try and fix it. Promises of court visit after 9 days of no heating or hot water. Very rude staff. Avoid.

Jake H,came out this evening,after i had a leakfrom my water tank,he was friendly polite and professional. He soon resolved the problem explaining to me exactly what he had done.Brilliant service.

Jake H came out today after we have a leak coming through the ceiling and saturating the carpets. Jake we really friendly, very professional and managed to identify and fix the issue within 5 minutes meaning the children and I were not without water for long. Would highly recommend!

Stephen was excellent. Arrived exactly when he said he would, after a short notice call out.

He very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, whilst explaining what had gone wrong.

He did a quick walk through of the other main items in the system as well and talked through some potential changes down the line.

I would highly recommend him, he was friendly, efficient and got the heating and water going again very quickly.
