We had a phone call in the morning to give us a time window of when they would arrive. We got another call when they were half hour away. The plumber was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Identified our leak, fixed it within 30 mins (new fixtures and some pipe work). No more leak. Polite chap. Couldn’t ask for more. Really happy.

Jamie and Harry did a fantastic job installing our new boiler. They were both professional and dedicated, staying late to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard.
​Our new boiler looks great, and the pipework is so neat and tidy. They even made sure everything was left clean and tidy before they left. I highly recommend their service!

Ryan came to the house via a emergency call - from the start he was great, quickly analysing the issue, explaining why the problem occurred and his calm and reassuring manner really helped.

The rental property that I have got : boiler not working . The engineer came in within 24 hrs . And Julie , from this company kept me informed without delay about the progress . My tenant told me ( I was not there ) Jamie was efficient , professional and friendly .

Excellent friendly Service by Aaron who replaced my faulty, ancient bathroom light pull switch. The job was completed quickly and now I can see again when having a wee!!👍

Go2Gas Services was engaged by my Insurance company to fix a leak which resulted in water coming through the bedroom floor down through the lounge ceiling.
Craig duly turned up at the time the lady in the Go2Gas office had stated. He was polite, cheerful and even took his shoes off at the door!! Although the area Craig had to work in was a bit tight as the pipes were behind fixed shelves he worked efficiently and diligently and fixed the leak thus saving my leather corner sofa from damage. He also left the work area clean and tidy. Thank You Craig – definitely a 5* engineer.
I have also noted the company name for future reference (although I hope I never need them!)

Having sprung a leak on my Qettle boiler union and been supplied with a new tap by them, was a bit disconcerted when I asked them to fit it, they said their engineers didn't cover my area. Banbury, slap bang in the middle of England!
However, after contacting Go Assist, they promptly sent out Jake from Go2Gas, who came out and did a first rate job, most efficiently and was a rather pleasant young man. Full marks.

A fantastic engineer, Dan, was sent round and went above and beyond to fix our boiler which hadn’t been serviced in years. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable - 10/10 service and experience.

Had a problem with a leaking boiler just had Dave come around from go 2 gas solutions and fixed it brilliant chap left the place all clean and tidy kept me informed what time he would be there thanks Dave

Jake H was our engineer and listened sympathetically to our needs and issues. He carried out the repair tidily and professionally and left us feeling confident that the breakdown was now fixed.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. Our boiler issue required two separate visits done by Ryan and David. Both men were very polite, pleasant and efficient. We were kept informed of their expected time of arrival and both times it was spot on. We will definitely use this company again.

Jake was super polite and patient with me being in a right flap about my screaming pump. Would absolutely recommend!

Jake H! Was brilliant! The situation was very difficult with the basin waste , with it being unable to come off using normal tools.

Jake assured me throughout the process, we had to escalate the situation but Jake was calm and again extra supportive and considerate explaining to me why we need the waiver etc.

In the end we did not need the waiver as Jake was so careful and meticulous ensuring no damage was done.

The problem solving skills were tremendous, at one point the multi tool that was the recommended approach also did not work. Jake then came back for a second visit resolute and determined and was able to not only get the basin trap off being quite creative but also replaced all the damaged parts of the basin trap and restored the plug with a similar unit.

He was down to earth and a pleasure to host throughout and I won’t hesitate to work with go 2 gas again - but only if Jake H can be the engineer please
