I don’t even know how I ended signing a membership absolutely fraud they aren’t cancelling the membership as well there’s no way cancel the membership on their website

Unauthorised payment of £18 taken from my account whilst I purchased a ticket on Trainline. It was a pop up that I swiped away. No idea how they got my bank details and email etc … can only think they’re illegally piggy backing off Trainline. Had to stop future payments with my bank and after a blooming 20 mins battle on the phone with them - they have assured a refund will be given within 5 days. I’m not hopeful.
ITS A FRAUD.

£18 pounds removed from my account. I did not sign up for this! I tried to cancel it was going to cost £9+ and they wanted all my bank details I have now found it is in my son’s name! He could not have done this he has severe learning difficulties and is not capable of doing this! How has this happened. They are scammers!

Scam - I was some how enrolled to this scam after purchasing an online order with Plumbworld. £18 a month. Whatever method in the small print they are using must be extremely misleading. I had absolutely zero idea I had enrolled onto this. A full refund was however issued. Regardless, this should not be happening.

Absolutely a scam.
They are stealing money from my account £18 at a time. Doesn't seem to be away of stopping them. I've tried contacting them but they ignore emails. I didn't sign up to this.

THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION ACCESSES YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GET YOUR DETAILS OF YOUR BANK DETAILS, TAKING £18.00 WITHOUT PERMISSION. I'VE NOTIFIED MY BANK WHICH THEY HAVE STARTED AN INVESTIGATION.

Took money out of my account after purchasing on look fantastic at no point did I sign up for any membership with them, this has now got to be refunded and I have to wait a further few days for this. It’s incredibly hidden crafty and should absolutely not be allowed it’s scamming people.

they have stolen £18 from my account when i haven't even heard of them. their customer service is useless and wont help either. i need this money back in my account.

Stealing £18 out of my account. No idea how to stop it so ive had to stop using my account. They shouldnt be allowed to steal money from peoples accounts. Disgusting dregs of society

Had money £18 taken out of my account but given no reason what it’s for, spoke to my bank and they were completely useless. This sort of thing should not be allowed to happen, would love to get my hands on these low life scum.

I purchased a new cordless online from Tool Station on the 15th of May and without realising I apparently was inadvertently signed up to Complete Save .co.uk then a whole six months later they started to collect their monthly subscription fee of £18 pcm! Three months after in December I saw it whilst looking for something else!
I absolutely despise these kind of underhand sales tactics it’s enough to stop me from purchasing goods at all from Tool Station because I see it that they are allowing these utter scammers to come in between my statutory rights as a purchaser with the actual vendor!
I was absolutely not aware that I had been signed up and was shocked when they told me how and when I inadvertently had!

SCAM, I have a transaction of £18.00 pending from this company, I have know idea who they are. I contact ed my bank First Direct to stop the payment but being as useless as they are they have said I need the payment to go through before they can do anything!!!

Took money out of my account without me ever sigining up for anything like that. Took £18 quits out. Scam big time! Must be reported.

I have had a fraud alert through my banking app of £18 being paid to this company. The payment was halted by my bank and I reported that I had no knowledge of agreeing to this payment, which I genuinely do not. It has been put down as a fraudulent payment. My card has been cancelled and I have to wait for a new one to arrive. My understanding is that this is a legitimate company. Their tactics of managing to get people to sign up to a "subscription", without realising it is underhand. Fortunately my bank has picked this payment up as being dodgey. I have checked E-mails to see if this company E-mailed me and I've missed seeing it - they haven't.
