Your Gloworm G2.1 Light Heads and G2.x Batteries are covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. G1.0 and G2.0 batteries, along with all accessories, are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it at no charge for parts or service. Warranty claims are made through the Gloworm retailer where you purchased your product. Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 14 days for a full refund, including return shipping.

Delivery to NSW Australia within 24 hours! And the best lights in the world! I already owned 3 glowworm lights and chose to buy one more to turn night into day. The Bluetooth button is the most awesome feature - no fiddling around especially when you notice some thing or someone coming towards you. Simple, super bright, and incredibly well made. I'm going to start gifting them to my cycling friends. Glowworm lights are the gift to give someone who has everything.

great light shame about the run time
Bought the XS, great lights, super powerful. and great run time on it, had an issue with the light unit after the first use where it stopped working completely. No issue for Gloworm and they replaced overnight with a new one, unfortunately this one gets a max of 2 hours on full power that's only 66% of the advertised 3hrs . . . can i be bothered returning this one? I love the product but expectations vs reality seem a little off.

At times we get a unit that does not report the correct runtime and it's a shame you've already some issues. We will help you out with a new battery to ensure you get the desired runtime from your product.

Mostly good.
Due to having other equipment on my bike i could not use it there efficiently but it fitted well onto a spare helmet.
When night riding, I have been using the longer power lead and carry the battery in a pocket of my cycling jacket but I am trying to locate for purchase a suitably small backpack (I use panniers.) This perhaps is something you could supply as an optional addition.Your equipment for attaching the battery to the bike is not secure enough in my opinion.
I found the light emitted and its controls provided an excellent ride. I am very pleased.
Update. I now use a small backpack designed for a water bladder to which I also include some emergency repair tools and a tyre panda..

Pretty good all round, battery performance not as advertised.
Pretty good all round, unfortunately battery lasting about 20% less than what is advertised but its plenty bright enough for riding fast.

Really great light
Really great light, well packaged, delivered super fast.
Only downside is the lack of clear instructions especially for helmet mounting; couldn't even really find decent instruction on the website.
Amazing light though.

Super great experience
Super great experience. I bought some small parts for my light and had a funny gromet going into the light and sent them an email. They offered to fix it for free and the turnaround time was super fast! Great lights! Definitely the most powerful light in my 8 person group!

I bought the XS as a helmet light
I bought the XS as a helmet light, and I really like the optical pattern and overall power. I was previously using a helmet light with an internal battery. Since I always wear a backpack for MTB riding, the external battery isn't an issue, and the extra illumination is worth it. I probably won't switch the optics to get a different beam pattern since I like the default setting.
I think a powerful helmet light is even more important than a powerful bar light because it puts the light exactly where you are looking, and it sits higher than a bar light which allows you to see down the trail further -- critical for singletrack DH riding.
The handlebar remote works great, although I had to use double-sided tape underneath to keep it from rotating on fast, bumpy sections.
The battery life is superb. I haven't been out for more than a few hours at a time, but it has plenty of life running the light at 80 and 100 percent.
