Amazing service
Dino & Oscar were amazing delivering the new fridge and taking the old one. Unfortunately there is no lift so it was carrying them up lots of stairs, but they made it seem like it was nothing.
Funny guys

Very professional, quick and clean
We got a new washing machine installed and everything went very smoothly. We got a 30 min notification of the arrival time (on the agreed day). Dinu then arrived and packed up the old non-functioning machine, installed and tested the new one and gave us some advice on well-maintenance. Everything was quick, professional and I was particularly impressed with how he kept the area clean and made sure that there are no rubber streaks or water marks on the floor following the installation of the new washing machine!

Efficient and friendly
The engineer diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and talked me through the process. That meant I knew what I was paying for and steps to avoid the dishwasher from malfunctioning again. He called when he was on his way and checked everything was clean and in order before he left. First class service.

Friendly and efficient
Alex is really friendly and knowledgable. He took no time at all on both visits. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the company cancelled the first fitting with little notice. This was likely nothing to do with Alex who was great!

10/10, perfect experience
Alex was so lovely and explained everything he was doing to us. As two students that are in their first proper home, so quite clueless, he was so professional and didn’t make having an engineer round feel uncomfortable or awkward at all. He’s really personable and ace at what he does :) Hopefully we won’t need him again but if we do, we’d 100% use Alex again.
