Insane app, support is crazy fast. One of the best support experience I've ever had. their are very responsive, understanding, and very kind to help.

The plugin is rich with feature and fits our need very well. When we had questions or issues about activating/configuring them, their support is very responsive, understanding, and very kind to help us even though we were still using their free plan.

I use their filter and search app which is amazing, customer service is bar none, Helen has been extremely helpful, solved all my questions and customisation speedily and professionally. I wish I have found this app sooner! thank you, you guys are amazing.

These guys are a great app team to work with. They always get back to me super fast. I had an issue where a third party app broke our menus so they completely disappeared from our website. We depend on our website for all of our business so we needed it fixed urgently. They were super responsive and from the moment I contacted them for support until the issue was fixed was around 30 minutes. Was really pleased. We've been using their app for 1 - 2 years nows. I can't imagine running my Shopify store without their app, especially Pre-Order Globo / Back in Stock.

They also fixes minor errors like the speed of light, always great communications and great issue solving.
