I have several policies that are due at the same time. My issue is not being able to pay them at one time like before you changed your website. Now I have to pay one at a time and enter all my information each time. Need to be able to pay once for all policies that are due at that time.

I have two policies. I pay them every 3 months. I went to the website to pay on one of the policies and it said I was past due an odd amount. I paid it but was confused on how I got behind. At this time, I noticed the website had totally changed. The new format was very confusing. Then, I received an email requesting the same payment amount. I went to the website and realized they had begun billing me monthly. A few days later, I received a payment notice in the mail for the other policy. It, too, was for only one month. Also, I had signed up for paperless billing and had to reenter all my bank information to make an online payment. I again went to the website and by accident I found where I could pay for the three months. I feel they are trying to make me pay monthly so that I end up paying more on my policies.
This has taken more time than I want to spend on making a simple payment. I am contemplating cancelling both policies. After 29 years with them, I expected better.

I was concern about my payment and the representative was great and me know that the payment came out later than normal.

The lady i spoke with was very nice and was able to take care of what I needed without any problems.

The new website is very easy to use. When we contacted them before you always got answered right away.
The only thing is it's more expensive than they say.

I had a short wait time to talk to an agent. When connected agent was very helpful in resolving my reason for calling. Very pleasent experiance.

Been with the company for years. Haven't had any problems. Website is very easy to use. Never had a problem with making online payments.

Other than not being able to do what I needed online for security purposes it was an easy fix.

I was scammed by an agent of Globe life/AM insurance company. His name is Antrell Redmond. He intentionally miss-soled life insurance policy for my family. Told us we could get a cash value of 10%(Policy amount) which I later found out is false after paying $133 monthly premium for more than 12 months. This has caused me so much emotional stress, as I have lost this monies for no reason

I've never had a problem with globe life. When I had a
question it was answered with knowledge and respect.
Using the website is very customer friendly.

No matter how you pay your premiums,
Globe gives plenty of advance notice your
premium is coming due. And with options
of how many months you care to pay.

0 stars would be preferred for this company. Bought a home policy for 6 months paid up front. I received my policy contract. Then a few weeks later I receive a bill. I called to talk to customer service they claim they never received payment. Then how do you send out a policy, For non payment? I sent them the info that they did receive and cashed my check.
I asked them to cancel it and send my money back. My request was denied. Claiming ( premiums paid during the policy period are considered earned by the company for coverage provided). I have been loyal customer for over 15 years. I'm done with this company! I will not renew.!

They have made significant upgrades to their website. The site is very user friendly. It is easy to make payments. I’ve been a customer for many years, I’m glad to see improvements being made.

After not being able to contact company by phone (2 #s),4 emails, and getting kicked off website numerous times, I was greeted by a wonderful, cheerful and informed representative. I explained my frustration and my reason for calling. She was apologetic for the issues, answered my questions, explained why it was best to keep my policy as it was and just so nice to engage with her.
Her name was Kadeesha (?spelling) and she's a real keeper and deserves a raise.

When I finally reached a live person -after about 45 minutes of jumping through computer hoops - the agent was halpful although she tried to convince me to get mu son or granddaughter to take over the policy because of the low premium. Thile this was a good idea, neither of them was with me and I did not want togo through the wait cycle again. You need more staf fto answer questions.

I fell behind in my payments due to unexpected medical issue, they were kind and patient. Thankfully I was able to bring everything current. The rep was a pleasure to deal with
