If I could give zero stars I would. THEIVES!!!!
They don't do any work but are quick to take your money. They have no idea what they are talking about and request the same information over and over.
They should be ashamed of themselves for what they do.

I am in the process of applying for my Italian citizenship through GlobalPassport. I applied and paid for the service a few months ago. I've been trying to get in contact with my "dedicated advisor" for two weeks and no one has responded to my emails or calls. I'm worried that this may not be a legitimate agency.

Awaiting payment information.

I am leaving this review after reaching a point where GlobalPassport has not only failed to pay what they owe me, but has also completely stopped responding and even blocked my communication channels.

Here is what happened:

The company committed in writing to a final payment deadline of December 10.

That deadline has now passed with no payment, no explanation, and no communication.

My company accounts (Slack, email, systems) were disabled immediately after termination — which is normal.

But my personal email was also blocked by their server, which is not normal or acceptable.

After being blocked by the person who handled my termination, I had zero ways to reach the company and had to create a completely new email address just to get a single response.

Even after they acknowledged the issue, they went silent again and missed their own deadline.

This is not a simple delay.
This is a company choosing to avoid responsibility and communication entirely, even when dealing with money owed for completed work.

No professional organization should handle contractors or clients this way.
The lack of transparency, the blocking of communication channels, and the disregard for their own written commitments are extremely alarming.

I will now be escalating the matter through legal channels, as there is no indication that GlobalPassport intends to resolve this in good faith.

I will update this review only if the payment is finally made.

I think there needs to be a class action lawsuit as this company is a fraud. DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY!!!! They will steal your money and run. If you have been scammed by this company like me please reach out to me. I am seriously going to contact a lawyer about a class action lawsuit. Wxman22 @ yahoo . com

After a very heavy push by Tate, to co-founder, due to increasing requests possibly bumping my submission, I handed over the $ to move my long awaited Italy dual citizenship forward via GlobalPassport.
Since the 60-day unable to dispute via the credit card hit, I have been ghosted. I started the process in July 2025, paid thousands in August 2025. No responses to emails or calls, nothing.
FALSE Promise: "100% money back guarantee if we are unable to secure your dual citizenship." All they did was the same internet searches I had already completed. When I provided the documentation to go to the Italian courts, they did nothing! If this is not a scam of a company, then please respond to this or my emails to Tate, Vicki, and BTW the "support@globalpassport" email is fake too.

On September 29, 2025, I made a payment to Citizenship by Decent for $5665, after I made the decision to initiate a dual citizenship application.

On October 20th, I completed my welcome call with Tate Worswick and was told my advisor would be Daniel Barna. I received an email from the later on 10/22 and started the process to complete my application.
After subsequent emails, the last being 11/5/25 from Daniel, I followed up with him on November 9th to confirm I’ve completed all that I could and to find out next steps. After not receiving a reply, I emailed him again on the 18th and on the 19th, I also cc’d Tate. After still no reply, I left voicemail messages on the two phone numbers I could locate. I went on LinkedIn on 12/2 to find that Daniel is no longer with the company and left two more messages at those same phone numbers on 12/3. On 12/3, I also found Rogelio Caceres on LinkedIn and was able to send him an email for assistance. No reply as of yet. Tate is also on LinkedIn, however his account does not allow me to message him without being connected. (Connection request pending) I also sent an email to their support email address on their website and it came back undeliverable. So I feel I’m being ghosted and I’d like some answers.

Zero responses to my emails. Not showing up for video calls. Not responsive to telephone messages. I fear I have been swindled.

Extremely disappointed with this company. We paid them thousands two years ago to help us apply for our Slovak citizenship, and I really regret this decision.
At first, they were friendly and available, but they provided us with misleading and unprofessional information, which hurt the process and confused us. They kept assuring us that they were working on our case for a while and then just stopped replying to our emails and completely disappeared.
We ended up doing all of the work ourselves and making extra payments for translations that they were supposed to cover. Working with them was a total waste of time and money, and it pretty much feels like a scam.

It said i would get my results on their website in 30 seconds, but its a scam you have to book a consultation and god knows what. dont waste your time

So far I have only had my onboarding session, but the company has been responsive and very tranparent about what to expect for the process.

The saving grace for mine and my family’s passport process was Daniel. We had a rocky start with the company and were passed around a few times to various agents with limited contact, until finally we were put in Daniel’s care and our timeline then took off. He was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and always happy to jump on a call. He seemed to genuinely care about this process for us as if it were his own which we greatly appreciated. If it wasn’t for Daniel I’m not sure we would have ended up with our passports. Thank you Daniel for all of your help!!!

Thanks to GlobalPassport, I’m now officially a Slovak citizen. I had explored other companies for citizenship by descent, but I'm really happy that I decided to go with GlobalPassport. It was a great decision. Rogelio and Kaila were great to work with and made everything easier along the way. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in my success throughout the process. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone exploring dual citizenship and I already have other family members that are interested as well.

My daughter and I had a very positive experience with Global Passport. They were able to answer all of our questions and brought us up to date on all the documents we would need to provide proof for securing a passport.

Andjela was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and clarified my eligibility for Italian (EU) citizenship. She explained the process fully, and that I would be assisted during every phase of the process.

Andjela gave us a consultation and is excellent! She was informative, answered all our questions and thoroughly reviewed the complete process. She also is pleasant and professional. Looking forward to our second meeting!

I felt many of my questions were answered and addressed. Rogelio was very knowledgeable and informative and an overall pleasure to talk to. Since this would be a family venture it was unfortunate only one of my family members were able to attend. I did request additional information and that the information we discussed be emailed to me or a link sent so I can make an informed decision and share it with my family members. Once I receive that information I will be able to make an informed decision. I was very pleased with this initial meeting.
