I bought differential. Fast delivery, good service. Working properly.

I bought a steeringwheel. They told me it was in leather. It was not. It was in artificial leather. The grip was uncomfortable. I regret my deal and the company is a scam.

The rear differential ordered arrived in good time and looked really good all freshly painted. But two days after fitting it had started leaking, it turns out they do not test refurbished parts before dispatch. At a cost of almost £340 was offered a pathetic £50 partial refund, left to source a replacement seal and find someone to fit the seal as they refuse to cover labour costs. Not a quick or easy job on the vehicle. A return and full refund was offered but then would have been without a car for work. Disgusting after sales service. Steer clear.

I received the ordered piece in optimal time. But this piece was actually for scrap. I don't understand why he sold it to me so I could throw it away. It was easier for them to throw it directly. But probably the desire to get rich is greater than the moral sense today. They had the good sense and refunded me £5, which didn't help me at all, because I had to buy another part from another company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GLOBAL PARTS

Couldn't find an automatic gearbox for my 2001 Mercedes 230slk anywhere in the UK. Global found one in a few hours, albeit in Europe. They arranged for it to be flown to Heathrow and transported to North East Scotland. Five days start to finish and all at an excellent price. Flawless service, can't thank them enough.

I've ordered a wrong part. Notify them that was my fault and ask for refund. I've send the part back and got my money as soon as they've received it.
Communication through emails was straight forward, very good response and no trouble at all. Deffo 5 stars

Always decent parts and a fair price for the BMW from this supplier. They always wrap delicate parts well so arrive in good condition. Also delivery is swift. One of the best suppliers on eBay, a great pity they are not local to me.

I previously gave this company five stars and a glowing report. Fast forward a few weeks and I have contacted them about another part and been completely ignored.

PLEASE read. This is the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. They sent a gearbox with a very serious fault that caused me to completely break down on a dual carriageway in a very dangerous location. The customer service team are appalling and will tell you there will be a new one without even sending one. They said one will be here last Tuesday, now they’re saying it won’t. We’ve waited weeks speaking with them for a replacement for the broken one they sent. They then repeatedly tell you to wait, despite spending over £1,000 on the gearbox plus Labour plus oil and still not having a car that is working. I will be taking further action and I suggest you avoid this company at ALL cost.

Great service. Found and ordered a rear light unit for a 2017 mini. Vehicle checker used to confirm compatibility (always useful). Part was delivered in 2 days as promised, well packaged to avoid damage and in great condition. 5 stars all day long!

I have purchased a number of items from Global parts via Thomas. They are reliable and do what they say they will do. All parts I ordered arrived promptly and very carefully packaged. I will continue to use and highly recommend. Also parts are warranted. Excellent.

Needed an instrument cluster for a BMW as mine was crocked. GPL specialise in used BMW components, so contacted the seller and they helped me order the correct part, as I was about to order the wrong one. I placed the order mid-day on Friday and it arrived before 11 am the following day, in full working order. Cost me under £30. I could have ended up paying BMW £700+ . . . well impressed.
