I ordered a gearbox from them for my mini through eBay promised delivery between the fifth and the 8th of May. I requested an update on when it would be delivered to be told it wouldn’t be till the following week i.e. on the date I had booked it in with a repair garage to fit it. The excuse is that the gearbox isn’t even in this country I have requested a refund hopefully that will be done quicker than the disappointing service received so far I would not recommend using these people at all.

I bought an N47 engine from the German branch. Difficult from the very beginning as they wouldn't answer questions and refused to take any photos.
Once engine was installed, there was a bad oil leak from rocker cover. They refused to answer emails while engine was still in warranty. Never got back to me and never resolved the issue.
Last week my timing chain guide completely exploded after only 17,000km was put on the engine, and changed oil 3 times with castrol Oil. Upon inspection of the engine, I found they lied about installing a new febi chain, and infact installed a budget BGA chain. The inside of the engine is extremely sludgy and borderline unusable, and the chain looks the same. This could even indicate they never even changed the timing chain, yet again proving fraudilant claims. They have refused to acknowledge this and won't answer emails.

This is a terrible company and I urge you to stay away as they will provide subpar parts and hang you out to dry WHEN they fail.

I recently purchased a replacement Sharks fin antenna for my BMW 6 SERIES GRAN TURISMO 3.0D X DRIVE M SPORT and received a great part in good condition functioning perfectly. The delivery was very fast and the item was carefully packed in a good quality package.
Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if I require BMW Spare parts.

Bought a used light assembly that was described as genuine used part which was delivered on time. Unfortunately could not fit immediately as away on work. Having fitted it now, it is a faulty part which does not work completely and the seal being broken there is moisture collection. Even though it appears to be a genuine a genuine product it Maybe should have been scrapped rather than selling. Customer service says it is beyond warranty period and £130 gone down the drain. I am not surprised the rating of 31% 1* and 2 * and wonder how many of the 5* ratings are dubious.
