Sadly they didn’t work
I’ve used the gleam whitening strips for 14 days as recommended and have seen no difference at all. I will go back to my usual whitening product which always works. I thought I would give this a try and sadly as suspected, it didn’t make any difference at all. From experience you need at least 22% peroxide to make any difference. Perhaps it may work for some.

Results can vary, depending on enamel type, staining and previous whitening history. In the UK, hydrogen peroxide levels above 6% are not permitted for cosmetic whitening use, and at-home products must comply with much lower regulatory limits. Our strips are formulated to meet UK safety regulations whilst still delivering whitening results, which can be more gradual for some people.

Excellent customer service – Yes something did go wrong with my order – an error on their part – however this was fixed within 24 hours! It is easy for a Company when all goes well however it is when a problem arises that one can access the true reliable standards of the Company you are dealing with. I would highly recommend both this Company & it’s strips!

Unfortunately the whitening kit didn’t…
Unfortunately the whitening kit didn’t work for my teeth. I used it alongside the whitening powder for over a month and didn’t see any results :( 4 stars though because I did get a partial refund and customer support was good! Might not work for everybody but it’s definitely worth the try :)

I never used teeth whitening strips before but I have to say after one month into using the strips they have been great!! My teeth are not really stained but the strips have whitened my teeth even better. Try them if only for one month and you will see a great result!

Terrible customer support
UPDATEto below.
Just received replacements but still no comms. Had they communicated my review would not be so scathing.
When it works its quite good. I use prescription toothpaste for sensitivity and whilst Gleam claims there is no sensitivity there is. I can only use it twice before I get pain. Which is fine as the results are noticeable. However, two of my packs have had faulty sachets that meant they were unusable. I have contacted customer service twice now and am still awaiting a reply. Not good! This means that I didn't get what I paid for. So beware!

Surpassed my expectations
Gleam strips have surpassed my expectations. Not only are they effective, I have been impressed with how easy they are to use. I have used a home bleaching system (with moulded gum trays) before which is uncomfortable and inconvenient. With Gleam strips, there is no nasty taste or mess. They are easy to apply & 15 mins is all that is needed (the trays are 45 mins or even overnight). After, they are easy to remove. A major plus is how small the packets are so I can take on holiday easily.
